Very rare to find any businesses these days that not only provide top quality workmanship, but also integrity, honesty, and great service, Joe's Clock & Watches checks all those boxes. He's a top craftsman in his field, stands behind his work and his prices are more than fair and reasonable. He also does house calls on 'grandfather' clocks (within a reasonable radius from shop I'm sure). I highly recommend him for any and all clock/watch repairs, it'll be worth your 'time'.

I needed a new battery in my watch. They fixed it while I waited. They are very nice and worked quickly. And there are a lot of interesting clocks to look at inside.

Only needed a battery replaced on a digital watch I purchased on 3/16/2005. I came here because I know he had the battery and know-how needed to make it happen. Took less than 10 minutes and $15. Perfect experience.

This is a great little Clock and Watch shop conveniently located across from the Brendon theater. I bring my collection here for Joe to adjust the bands instead of heading to one of the "mall" shops. He does quality work, great service and value. I definitely recommend supporting this small business!

I needed a battery for my watch. Went to Joes and got one and It was inexpensive. Great to see mom and pop business doing it right. I recommend them for you clock and watch issues.

Joe is fantastic! He fixed our cuckoo clock that would not tick. He took it apart and rebuilt it. It keeps perfect time now. He is also very reasonable!

Worse service. The guy who works there disrespectful and was yelling at consumers. Worse place to get any repairs done. I took my watch somewhere else and they fixed it right away. But the guy who works here yells and tells me i broke the watch already and to go somewhere else. I wish i can give this place a ZERO!!!

Limited hours, but good service and good communication for the repairs that take time or parts that need to be ordered.They were able to do a crystal replacement for a shattered crystal for one of my watches - something that I would definitely not be confident changing on my own.

I contacted Jo on a friends recommendation to repair my 95 y/o grandfather clock. He was punctual and seemed to be knowledgeable about this clock.. probably because as he said "I have the almost same clock at home." I took that as a good sign. He has the clock now and should be ready to go fist if the year .. fingers crossed, because the first guy who attempted to repair it failed miserably . Will update when clock returns home.

What started as fulfilling simple repairs of two watches I own became a pleasant history lesson & a gratifying appreciation for unrecognized talents. This business is in a location that was previously a record store and pictures on the wall recognize celebrities visiting the store to sign autographs. I won't mention the names of the celebrities as that would spoil the surprise when you visit. Also, both owners (husband & wife) were there during my visit. From them I indirectly learned of changes in their profession and how fewer people are learning the skills needed to do their work. The lesson for me was how things change but how particular skills while timeless can simply disappear before society realizes what has been lost.

Perfectionism is exactly what you want in a clock repair shop. Plus honesty, reliability and humility. Inside the humble-looking shop on Salvio Street, Joe and his wife run a dedicated small business with pride and friendliness. Joe saved my unique oversized museum gift shop wall clock when other repair services had been unable to. I am so grateful.
