All the staffs were super knowledgeable. Came here as one of the insurance network auto shops to repair a back bumper. They took the estimate from insurance and worked with inurance directly for additiinal charges. Dropped off the car on Tuesday morning, and ready for pickup Thursday afternoon after replacing the entire back bump with brand new paint. There is a car rental place right next door, was able to get rental and return all at the same time. Highly recommended.

I got my car fixed here and the lady who was in the back desk helped me and she was kind. The office was clean and nice inside. They have a car rental next door which was nice. I am waiting to see if the paint stays on so far so good.

Had a person in the parking lot hit my car, came to Jim's for an estimate.10 minutes later he came back and said it all polished off and I was on my way.What a time saver, I will definitely be coming back for all my bodyshop needs.
