I purchased a 289 cid engine that Brent said was a good running engine. Upon removal of the pan I found pieces of metal, and oil that had water in it. Further inspection I found a bent push rod and broken valve spring. The pistons and valves were rusty. Buyer beware if you buy used parts from this business.

This place is a rare gem. Outstanding customer service. Good honest people that really care about your project. They stay late, they stock hard to find parts, they go the extra mile for you. Absolutely blown away that a place like this even exists. Brent at the front desk is warm and inviting, providing a business experience so excellent that maybe you think it's a dream - but it's real!

This place was by far the worst place to bring my hot rod. They charged me for parts and labor they never used or did. They did a horrible job and held my truck for months. Im still finding cut corners and finding issues I have to re-do because of this crappy place. Gabi the Sister of the owner Brenton no longer works there because she ripped off lots of people and stole money/said she used parts and labor the shop never did. Reading the other negative reviews I fall into the same place and was ripped off for thousands of dollars. When I contacted the owner Brenton Willson about the issues I let him know if he did not find a way to settle the issue we will be going to court. I decided I would post here 1st to see if anyone else wants to jump on this matter and we all can take this shady hot rod shop to court because the owner Brenton Willson will not take any responsibility for the work the shop put out. Please feel free to message or contact me so we can retrieve lost money or shut this place down so other people dont get ripped off by ProFormance Shop or ProFormance warehouse.

This is by far the shadiest business I've ever dealt with. Recently purchased a good running boat and took it to PROformance Warehouse to have them go over the boat and to make sure it is "reliable" as that is my most concern. When I brought my boat in, it started right up, sounded good and if anything it needed a tune up. For starters, Brent (the parts guy) told me and assured me through his research that the current carb I had was the best carb for my boat/engine. Once Gabbi (the owner) got into the picture, she tells me my carb isnt compatible with my engine and that I need a new carb (not rebuild mine). Anyways, $4,000 later and them holding onto my boat for almost 3 months (any other shop would of taken no longer than 3-4 business days to do all the work they did. (most of it unnecessary). After giving Gabbi $2200.00 upfront to do the work they say I needed, she then soon after gives me another bill for $1,615.00 at which time none of that work was done and even asked me if I wanted to pay for it that day. On the day of picking up my boat, i took it out to the delta for a test drive only to have the engine freeze up and throw a rod through the oil pan and my shifter cable broke with the first 2 minutes of having it on the water. These people run this business on manipulation and lies and dont have to faintest idea of what they are doing when it comes to working on boats other than to perform poor work and like myself, cost me an engine and $4,000.00. Use caution when dealing with these people and none of the much work they performed wasn't nearly done correctly. What they can do good though is lie and manipulate. Amazing there still in business.

I was not going to leave a review but I would hate for more people to have their cars end up like mine did. So I will try to summarize my list of problems with this place and say be very cautious if you take your car to this shop. Inspect it and drive it before paying your final balance. Do not make the same mistake I did because the people seem awesome. After paying nearly $4K for new radiator, ignitor, new wiring, and heater control valve, I am given my keys only to learn the work I paid to have done on my 54 Chevy 210 was not all completed even though my car spent a month there. I drive off and it runs horrible. Wasn't running bad when I took it it simply and only needed a radiator. Other work was done based on their recommendations. Now my car has problems it didn't have when I took it there on top of additional work never completed. When I take it back I explain problems and after over 6 additional weeks of waiting for them to make my car right they had not touched it. I was given the runaround each time I followed up. Dates Gabi said it would be done never met. After discussing with family we decided to take my car out of there and deal with the loss before continuing to let them treat me like an idiot. Their loss too because now 5 cars will not be returning to their shop. Maybe they don't need our business anyway but I definitely didn't take my car to a top dollar shop for it to be there over 2 1/2 months only to now run like crap and for them to take my kindness for ignorance so I will take my cars elsewhere. Not sure why the new radiator is so dinged up pic only shows half of it and what exactly did you do to the distributor???? too bad I can't upload video!! Its so loose it shakes, rattles, and turns now, who would let me drive off like that? It's no wonder is running like crap. But then again Gabi didn't call to tell me when she noticed my break lights didn't appear to be working until I later called and mentioned I was almost rear-ended. Car also now backfires, hesitates, has loss of power, over heats, wiring agreement not competed, heater valve not competed, couldn't figure out how to reorder "lost" parts or make right by me and my car tho they were given 2.5 months to do so. I wanted to love this place soooooo disappointed.
