I like their clothes but online shopping in my experience was terrible; problem with the delivery they did not find my address and instead of calling me they sent me an email or something from UPS giving me the option to pick up at the branch I only received an email the day after delivery that the package had been returned to h&m call the service to the customer and what they told me was we're sorry we couldn't find your address the money will be refunded they didn't even give me the option to get my items back ok I waited for the money and they charged me for the delivery I paid for a shipment that never arrived. I really felt robbed after this I will never buy online again and maybe not even in person what bad service. If you read this think twice before ordering online

It was my first shopping here. I found couple of decent style I could use. But, disaster happens at the check out. I complimented the store, that I liked what are presented, and told the middle aged female cashier, that Some styles were what I was looking for. She did not say anything, but a young latino cashier in about 20's, says, not so loudly but loud enough for me to hear, "he is bullshitting, right?" And my cashier lady replies to him, 'ye.' And the young latino cashier walks away behind the counter. It was subtle, and I was more occupied in paying. I was happy that I found some style I could use. So, I shared honestly, that I am pleased. I was very pleasant. They say, I was bullshitting? I spent about $80.10. I don't even remember they thanked me, that maybe she did, maybe. I am home now, cannot forget the latino cashier's unnecessary insult(towards a paying customer?). Merchadise was good, but the cashiers especially the young latino male cashier's conduct TOWARDS A PAYING CUSTOMER! is, VERY VERY underclass. I feel frustrated, bothered. I am thinking, returning what I bought for refund. It is double bad, because I kind of like merchandises I bought. But, I do not want to be reminded of that outrageous, unpleasant latino male cashier's conduct towards paying customer, whenever I use the merchandise. It was my first shopping at H & M, and it might be my last. Or, I might try different location sometime, maybe. Thanks for reading. Their merchandise seem good, but their cashiers are lower than level of their merchandise(in my opinion).

What happened to H&M? The styles are not of this world. Not logical clothes that I can wear any more. I loved H&M. Now I'm left scratching my head. I try and go online to look at new items and I don't know who is making the modeling of clothes decisions but you cannot get an idea of how these clothes will work. Everything is frompy and schlumpy and mostly wrinkled looking. The new styles are awful. Recently I found a great set of thong underwear decent black and white striped plain cotton t-shirt and my son got a pair of pants. While the women's clothes are really terrible these days the men's seem nice. My son likes them. He has normal looking pants. I keep coming back hoping to find what I remember as crisp, tailored looking clothes and I've yet to find those things.

Purchased $65 worth of baby clothes. I made sure all the pieces were there before checking out. At checkout, I told the cashier that she can leave the hangers on the baby clothes. She said, "we reuse the hangers." So I told her, "oh ok that's fine then." I thought it was odd because I only saw adult black hangers behind the counter and no baby white hangers. Also, the baby hat was attached to the hangers so I thought it was odd. But I didn't think twice about it. The hat, as part of the 3 piece, was not placed in my bag. I don't live in town and definitely would not pay toll to return the item. It was suppose to be a gift too. It is very disappointing that they don't have a cashier ringing sequence to follow to ensure that customers receive good service.

I have been in Retail Management for over 30 years, and I always make a point to recognize great customer service when I see one. Helena at this H&M location gives excellent customer service. She is very friendly and pleasant, very attentive and makes sure that I'm enrolled in their H&M rewards program, and repeatedly asked me about my experience shopping there. Thank you for a great shopping experience.
