I love Harvest House! It has a decent selection of bulk foods and spices, organic foods and all the vitamins and supplements you could ever ask for. It also smells great in there too! The employees are also very professional and helpful.

I'm crying. Why don't we have a Harvest House in the Tri Valley? I would be here everyday. This is the most complete health store with snacks and goodies along with all the supplements you can find under the stars. The store is clean and organized. The employees are helpful and I thought they're also reasonably priced. I went for my first visit last week and can't wait to come back and peruse through their aisles some more.

Just found out about this place, I am going to be making it my go to from now on! They have all the natural medicines you would want and their milk is local too, I plan on buying my milk from this place from now on as well as any treats and dog treats for my fur baby! The store workers are all super nice too, I absolutely love this place!

They no longer have a lot of products they used to. I bought some Neem oil that was spoiled and they won't take it back because they don't get returns if something is open. I paid $16 and just left it there. The oil was like lard white and thick. This store used to be great and now it's just not the same anymore. Hope it is revived!

I have lived in Danville for thirty yrs. never returned anything. I bought a nose spray for my allergies, and asked the checker if I could bring it back if it didn't work?, he said let me ask manager, and he said yeah if it's not working, as it turned out it didn't spray good,sometimes it wk, and sometimes not.. the guy behind the counter I had not seen before, and he was so argumentative... And rude... And said no I couldn't return it... And I told him what the guy a few days earlier said to me... Then I came back again because I called talk to the manager supposedly, and he said bring it back will take it back... So I walked back down there the next day with my son so he could see how they treated me... he was pretty upset. I have never been so embarrassed as my son watched them show his mother no respect at all...I will do whatever I have to and spread the word not to patronize such a place... this place gets no stars from me, one would think bev mo would make sure people that live near and are recognized when they walked it, would get great treatment, cause they can certainly spread the word... I am not finished.......

we are regular customers and live on orange street down the street from harvest house. we buy all our vitamins supplements some food creams ect. there. We always have excellent service and products are excellent, perfect store for a vegan/organic family. we purchased two metal thermos last week to take on our trip to Murphys for St Patricks day and vitamins and other articles as well. one thermos was used because it was wet inside and only one lid when the other had two lids. today i tried to exchange it without a receipt and it was a bad idea. To start i was ignored by 2 employees chatting personal things. When i was attended it was negative from the beginning, they made me wait 20 Min while they investigated in the back then i was told no. The worst was "Lane" your employee who talked down to me and pointed her finger at my face and in a loud voice told me to quiet and listen like a little boy. Im 66 retired disabled nurse of 25 years 47 years total work And speak 2 languages proficient. I dont appreciate it and furthermore refused to give me her name and managers name or owner. Thank you. Solon Vargas Rn Ps. I was told i was lucky my thermos had two lids and not one. the sign at the store says 2 lids.

They need more diverse employees because if you're not white or Mexican It seems like the Mexican woman only helps the Mexican people seem like the Esau only help the other edomiteWhen I finally asked somebody if they had a certain product man already knew where it was at the only point to where I was at but reluctant to actually say yes or no if they have it maybe they're out of it they've seen it before treated very poorly

THIS IS FOR THE FLOWER SHOP WORKER ONLY first let me start by sayin's a good and bad part of the Safeway in emerald Callahan with the bad as I was having a bad day as it is since my family member passed away I decided to go to Safeway to get some flowers before I stopped at the flower shop I asked this meeting Eastern lady most likely was the manager of the time to direct me a certain way or even give me some type of advice on which way to go she must have just brushed me off and act like I never existed I noticed the same lady treating her employees like crap now to the good part as I approached the flower shop attendee most likely by the name of Crystal or Christina greeted me with open arms noticed that I was going through a lot as it is and I noticed that her manager was sometimes talk to her a little unprofessional. Well as I talked to the flower shop lady she continued to professional no matter the situation she was in noticing that I was going through my on personal problems she can continue to smile continue make me feel comfortable and welcomed I give it to her she's one of the best employees I have seen in a long long time it just said that she gets treated the way she does by her manager by what I seen very disrespectful towards her but one thing they should take is some advice from this compassionate employee that they have I wouldn't mind shopping at the flower shop again as for shopping inside the store for groceries maybe if the time is right but once again the flower shop is one of the best places to get what you need especially by the flower shop & thank u again for making me feel comfortable and my time is sorrow.
