Massive advertising spent on claiming to have the product and willing to open the store after hours for a fee. Well parts verified in stock yet multiple associates were contacted and No One willing to respond. Trust Grainger,,, Too leave a hanging with empty promises. Why spend millions on advertising the fact parts available 24hr's when in stock yet when you need it and your customer is depending on you to come through and save his business from shutting down. Wtf This is not good way to run a site with these claims of 24hr service I lost a customer of many years as a result of this nonsense, how will I be compensated Grainger what about my future lost earnings as well

Every time I have used Grainger I have been let down. Parts that were checked as in-stock were missing pieces, if shipped they can’t seem to get out same day, and if ordered to the branch the wrong parts sent. This has been happening for years and I finally have learned my lesson. I am no longer willing to give Grainger another dollar and me and clients will be better off because of it.

If you need it fast or the correct part don't use Grainger! I have been put out by Grainger at least 3 times now. One instance I called a head of time and confirm stock of a part, drove over an hour to that branch to find the part was not in a sealed bag and missing 1/2 of the unit. Several times I placed orders for overnight delivery early in the day and they were not able to ship them same day, despite customer service saying they would. Lastly at this branch I order 4 of an item and they showed up so drove over to pick up. Sure enough the had two of the part I ordered and two of the part made of a different material. The had accidentally grabbed two of the wrong type and had to order a replacement two. Again if you need it fast or don't want to come back multiple times, don't use Grainger.

For the last month I have been unable to order anything from grainger. When I call their customer service line, their only solution is for me to open a new account with a new user id. Which I do not want to do since I would like to keep all of my order histories. I transferred internally with my company and asked to be added to my new locations account, which was working fine for the last 12 months. Not sure if anybody from Grainger can help me keep my old order information. Right now tech support is telling me I need to create a new user id and password...which means I'll just be ordering from U-line as I have been the last month.

Even though the part I wanted wasn't a good fit for what I needed, staff were very helpful and bent over backwards to try and find an alternative. Great customer service!

Overpriced sorry, can't give the company more then 2 stars. I can find basically everything for cheaper elsewhere most with small retailers. $100 over every other seller for a drill come on. Then to top it off if you spend insane money they may give a better price.

Not the least expensive place to get stuff but if you need it in a hurry this might be your place to check. Make sure to check the web or call to check stock it may have to be brought in, common items usually only a day away if not on site. Staff has always been helpful and friendly.
