4 stars for the staff, the cleanliness and the ample selection of items. Zero stars for the increasing greed of Goodwill and their executives. $9.99 for a women's plain long sleeve t shirt is ridiculous and not what Goodwill is here for. It is no longer an affordable option for families in need. We can find cheaper clothing items online or for sale at other stores. And please don't comment that our shopping leads to jobs and counseling etc. Each clothing item needs to be reduced by a few dollars in order for Goodwill to be affordable for our community again.

This Goodwill store I've dubbed the "TREASURE TROVE"! Not only do they get the best donations and used treasures, it's neat and clean and the employees are all really helpful and friendly!! And their prices are usually pretty reasonable unlike other thrift shops who seem to think they are antique stores or high end boutiques. Don't let nit picky ratings stop you from going!! I'm there all the time because it's the thrill of the hunt and like looking for buried treasure. I very rarely leave empty handed! It's just simply the best! God bless them!!

I'm a frequent shopper here at this goodwill because of just how nice the staff is here. I always feel very welcome. But what chaps my hide is when I hear the short latin woman yelling at her coworkers. She must be the boss or something. Because talking down to your coworkers in front of customers is not cool. She's a horrible team leader.

I went to donate some clothing and they we're standing do nothing and they told me that you need to come back when we are not busy. I clearly saw both employees doing nothing and asked if they can only take them since I came from Walnut Creek and they told me no. Very poor customer experience.

I decided to stop in yesterday to see what kind of kid clothing they had. EACH piece was $4.99! The very kind lady working there told me that the prices had just been raised. I put all but 1 item back! That's crazy expensive. I had picked up something like the pants in the attached photo (for a 12 month old).... I can find these online NEW for cheaper ($3.25 on Amazon!!) They really need to rethink the kid clothing prices!

They advertise being open for drop off from 10-2, but 3 out of 4 times when you arrive between the advertised hours they are either done accepting FREE items for the day or they have a large delivery truck blocking the door and tell you to come back later. Apparently we all have time to drive to Goodwill every day. In addition, they advertise that they take vacuum cleaners and when you bring one, they don't take it!

so they upped their prices, which okay, I understand Some increase, but they overcharge For used items.their long sleeve shirts are $7.99, their candles are $7. Pants are $11 dresses are $16, and heavy coats are close to $20+ baby clothes are 4.99 for a onsie. What gets me is that a lot of the items have price tags still on from Ross and they charge more than the price tag. Staff is friendly and I do like them but ive bought items and they were defective, which I noticed when I got home and tried them on, because there is no fitting room in the store and I called and was told I could not return them. Thats very wrong to me, and dishonest buisness. Im 35 in the hole for items I've bought defective over the course of this past few months and I just have to toss the items. You have to examine every inch of an item in the store before you buy it and hope for the best of luck. Or just go to Ross where you can try the item on, buy it new and for cheaper and return it if somthing is wrong with it. . Which I tend to do now. It's sad. I love thrifting but their No return policy is just wrong especially with no fitting rooms, how is that right, you can't try it on, you have to pay their price increases and you just have to deal with it If you get home and find a defect or doesn't fit.Dishonest buisness .

Why would I buy clothes if I can't try them on? Fitting rooms closed since COVID, apparently. People are walking around the store with no mask but apparently opening the fitting rooms is off limits. Dumb, dumb, dumb.

Staff is very friendly -- I typically come before closing and they are always really patient with customers as they close down the store. The selection is great and I always find a nice vintage piece. I can spend hours at this location! Keep up the good work. :)
