I had two bathrooms renovated for an investment property I have. From the very start of requesting for a free quote, to sending them my last payment, I can't say enough good things about this company, especially my project manager, Salvador. It was during the free estimate that I got the feeling he not only wasn't tryjng to upsell me, but genuinely cared about me as a small investor. He knew what he was talking about in matters of how to best fix things in a budget friendly way, he knew what some of the most trendy styles are across the world, and always came up with great ideas! He kept in touch with me as much as I needed, took me shopping to see materials, visited the project site often, so that I didn't need to constantly drive over 1 hour to see how things were. Also during this time, I had other contractors in the house working on other projects, Salvador would send me pictures of those project updates when he was sending pictures of the bathroom updates. He is meticulous! Once the bathrooms were both completed, I walked through to inspect the work. There were some minor items that needed attention, and Salvador was not happy until I was 100% happy. Well, I'm 110% happy! I've worked with other contractors before, but never ones as caring and attentive as these. I'm recommending them to my friends & family, and definitely hiring them for my next remodel (especially Salvador as my project manager)!
