They lost 7 big items , such as ladders, mattresses and dollys, and then have the nerve to not honor the .60 cent reimburse part if the contract. Beware of this company from the san Francisco area.

Movers were careless with my items. Many broken, my bed frames were missing , boxes were broken. I received other people's items, no call backs by supervisors, and only calls were for money on their end. Worst customer service and experience. I spent over 7K and now have to spend more on replacing broken items.
