I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I had a very emotional experience with the dress I bought at Gesinees. It is a beautiful dress but the experience was not what I had always hoped. Immediately when I went in to start trying on dresses, it felt like we’re being taken to the back room to not be seen. I also felt like the sales person was rushing to get me in and out, immediately trying to add veils and crowns to get me to fall in love with the first ones so I would leave. I didn’t get to try on a variety of dresses like I had hoped. My dress that I chose ended up being beautiful but it still felt so rushed like I needed to give an answer immediately. The sales person also asked if I was planning on losing any weight for the wedding and I told her maybe 5 or so pounds but nothing extreme because I didn’t want to stress before the wedding. She said that if I lost just a couple of pounds, the size 16 dress would fit perfect. I lost 25 lbs before the wedding just to get it to zip up and I only had 2 months after the dress was ready to lose the weight. Not to mention that the dress was 6 inches too long so I had to wear huge heels just to not have my dress completely on the ground. Gesinee has a really firm no return or refund policy and the salesperson said that it was $1k per alteration session so I went local for alterations. I also ordered sleeves as an add on and they were missing the buttons to attach them to the dress.I really wish that if they didn’t have the time for me, during the dress shopping, that they would’ve just rescheduled me instead of pressuring me to sign on the dotted line as fast as they possibly could. I never reached out because I hate confrontation but the whole experience left a sour taste for me so I definitely don’t recommend them.

I had a great time finding my dress at Gesinee's. I submitted an appointment request form online and very quickly got a call to confirm a time. I was looking for a specific dress they had on their website, and the consultant was able to look it up in their inventory while I was on the phone. When I arrived, they had the dress pulled and ready for me to try. Dylan was my consultant, and I loved her! She got my vibe immediately and also pulled other options for me to try in case I liked them better, and also turned me on to color veils, which I wouldn't have considered otherwise. Extra special star for Dylan! I didn't have anyone with me to take photos, and I completely forgot to ask for photos to be taken of me in the dress I chose. It would have been nice if that was suggested/offered, but it ended up being okay because I came back a few weeks after placing my order to try on the sample again to grab more pictures and also to try on some veils. It was a short appointment but I still felt very taken care of!

It was so nice to see an array of Mother of the Bride dresses. The staff were very helpful in finding me the perfect dress for the occasion.

Reviewing and making a selection via their website prior to the in person appointment is a good idea. Staff is friendly and helpful. My fiancee was able to find her dress here. Finding the right dress turned out to be easier than we expected.
Had a hoot interacting with the lady who reminded us of the Edna Mode character from Pixar's The Incredibles.

I would like to call out Sarah H at Gesinee's Bridal. She helped me decide on my Mother of the Bride dress for my daughter's wedding this Fall. I gave her a few ideas of what I was looking for. She gave me 3 beautiful dresses to try. I loved the first one and that is what I bought. Sarah was very helpful, had a great sense of humor and really got me exactly what I was looking for. Thanks to Sarah for outstanding service and thank you Gesinee's.

We had a fabulous experience at Gesinee's Bridal. Our salesperson, "Ajeray" was professional, helpful, and very familiar with the dresses and designers. Gesinee's had an excellent selection of wedding gowns. There was a wide range of prices and Ajeray helped us select a perfect gown in our price range. I am so happy we shopped at Gesinee's Bridal. It was a great experience!

Although I bought my wedding dress here it's not only wedding dresses it's lot of beautiful dresses and jewelry to choose from. Thank you Gisenees your my go to spot for dresses to fancy events. ?

I went here to find my wedding dress and was not disappointed by any means! I had already been to two shops that day and had tried on a dress I fell in love with but wasn't sold on. Sarah was my stylist and made the whole experience so empowering and fun. She made sure everyone who came with me was involved but made sure I was comfortable and motivated the whole time! We went over our time because I was so indecisive but she didn't push us or even let us know because we were so in the moment. Any time I had an idea or could pinpoint what I liked or disliked about a dress she would run downstairs and find me something new that I could try on. I felt like she listened to me wholeheartedly. By the end I was torn between two dresses and we tried them on over and over again with different veils and layers of sparkle until she had me close my eyes and envision my wedding day. Needless to say, I found my dress! And I couldn't thank Gesinee's or Sarah more. Their selection was so much better than I'd see that day anywhere else and the amount of attention made me feel heard and important.

I don’t ever leave reviews but Sarah H. was an amazing help! I walked in without really knowing an exact style I wanted in a wedding dress, and she was able to pick out a variety to get me started and then found amazing matches on my prefer taste! Walked out with my wedding gown picked out the same day! She was also able to stay in my price range and exceeded my expectations!

Too many people scheduled at one time. Complete chaos. Was told you have 1 hour appt time and that includes 45 min to try on dresses and 15 min to make a decision and purchase. Loud environment. As my daughter was trying on dresses the employee was asking if she liked or can she put it back so others can try it on with every dress. You seem forced to make a quick decision and dress prices are super expensive. Glad I didn't make any purchases and went to a website that sold the same dresses for half the price.

I was blown away by this place! I have been to several other Bridal Shops and this has the largest selection by far. My stylist, Sarah, was honest, creative and so good at her job! She really helped me articulate my thoughts and I never felt pressured. She sincerely just wants you to find your perfect dress! Highly recommend :)

There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe how happy I am with the service I received from Sarah H. 10/10 recommend. I went in with no idea of what I wanted and I have a whole year and 1/2 before my wedding. I was only going in for fun with my mom while she was visiting from out of state. However, that did not stop her from working so hard to help me find the perfect dress. Not only did she stay after hours, she also squeezed me in the next day to come back with more family to see it before I made the decision. Sure enough, I got it and a beautiful veil alongside it. She makes you feel so comfortable, confident, and will know you better than yourself by the end of the day. I'm sure all the employees embody this amazing energy, but I feel so grateful to have worked with Sarah on finding my dress!
