Expensive and Unprofessional! The dresses are in a larger variety if you are a size 6 or smaller. Whatever you do, don't buy a dress from them that needs to be altered.
My daughter's dress needed to be altered and we used the alterations department here. The manager Irene is wonderful but her staff did NOT complete the alterations correctly after 3 separate trips to alterations the day before her event the alterations were not done and we had to take the dress because we had no options. I wrote on the pick up receipt the alterations were not correct or complete and the manager Sara refused to give any refund. The least they could have offered was half of the over $200 I paid not to mention the extra trips and bridge tolls I've spent. No compensation for their mistakes.

Reviews are important for people to know what they may expect and for businesses to improve. This dress shop is the worst! They charge astronomical prices and then want to charge sometimes equal the amount in alterations. We ordered a dress in January for a prom in March- were told there were many in stock and that shipping would be 7-10 days. Completely reasonable; however every 2 weeks we called in - no dress. 1st time they said. It was ordered and said shipped and on its way. 2nd time they said it was ordered and probably in the back not unpacked. 3rd time they said not in back. It is still on its way and would be here by a specific day. That day past. I called a final time now just one week away from the event. No dress. I asked for a tracking ID. I received a screenshot from a computer texted to me. I then took the Tracking ID and entered it myself into tracking. When details popped up it showed that the dress was ordered/shipped from over seas just 2 days prior and was still in customs!!! Customs?!!!?
I was furious. They probably made well over $300 or more on this dress!!
It finally arrived in time.
However. Just a last note. They charge for each and every little thing and tax you on shipping!!! And make you sign over your first born on a contract to protect themselves from anything going wrong.
I hope this helps future prom goers and brides —- don’t waste your time here.

Very clean. Very friendly associates. Very fast paced place. Extremely busy. Would recommend making a reservation beforehand. We were told that if you pick your dress up on the weekend, you can't try it on to make sure it's the right fit. Dresses have no price tags on them. They are very expensive. I have to say the dresses are gorgeous and seem to be good quality.

Mrs Irene and Sara were incredible in helping my sister find her dress for senior prom. Sara pulled the dress she ended up choosing and Mrs Irene was amazing at hyping her up with each dress she tried on. Great experience all around and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for formal wear. 1000/10

AWFUL PLACE! They extremely over booked! there was an overwhelming amount of people! the workers didn't even help at all! our helper sat on her phone the entire time and didn't help us look for dresses! also we had our worker look up a dress to see if it came in a different color and size but when she went to look that up she gave the dress to another customer when we weren't even done with the dress and said behind our back that my friend wouldn't fit in the dress!!!

Sara and Adriana were great! Both helped me out at different times with ordering my suit for a wedding (as a guest) and trying it on. (It has been a while dressing nicely post-pandemic, haha.). And the suit looked good. Great customer service and both are assets to this company.

such BEAUTIFUL dresses and amazing staff that go out of their way to help you! serena helped me pick out my beautiful senior prom dress and i loved it!! she was very patient with me and helped me pick out the most beautiful dresses. a bit expensive- but you only get prom once!

Me and my fiancé went in to get tux rentals for our wedding. After poor experiences at men's warehouse we were elated to be greeted with Sarah who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the suits we wanted and had discussed. She was thorough and answered all of my questions with certainty. Can't wait to get the suits and see is they match up with the exceptional customer service we received from Sarah.

Found my daughters prom dress at the last minute. They squeezed us in for an appointment which was amazing. The girl that helped my daughter was so sweet and made my daughter feel so comfortable. I totally recommend this place.

My daughter gets stressed out VERY easy and they were wonderful! Once she realized how much they would help her get the dresses on and ‘size them’ so she could see how the right size would fit she was relaxed and happy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Great selection of formal dresses, Prom dresses. Be prepared to pay upward of $300.00 or more. You'll need to make an appointment. And if you go during busy prom season you may have to wait to get into a room to try. Once you have an assigned room and assistant things move at a steady clip. Alterations are quite pricey there too. So do your research for outside seamstress to help you with that. Tip- Use Nextdoor to find seamstresses in your immediate area. Good Luck.

Gesinee's has some gorgeous dresses by amazing designers, and the shop is extremely cute. I went today for prom dress shopping and I made sure I made my appointment a few weeks ago... when they called me back for my appointment I was told "1 adult with you, and if you have a man with you please let us know in advance so we can provide a special room"... I went with my grandma and that was it. When we arrived today it was very quiet and I thought it was going to be a great experience but all of a sudden there were so many people. There would be 3-4 adults for one person and a lot of girls had their boyfriends with them just standing outside of the dressing rooms... Even though you make an appointment for a 1on1 experience with someone, they will be helping several others and will be gone when you need them to tie up your dress... It was very busy and overwhelming.. the staff was very kind but it was a bit of a struggle explaining what I didn't feel interested in, and what I did like, just for them to bring me everything I did not want.. I'm sure they are less busy in the early prom season months like December-February... otherwise I think they schedule too many people for one day..

I highly recommend Gesinee's 2350 for your next fancy dress. They have a huge selection and the staff is incredibly helpful and patient. If you haven't been - make an appointment and check it out. We will be back again for our next dress!
