Horrible customer service, we have been working with Glenn and we frequently go weeks or even months without any communication or updates to questions. Highly recommend working with somebody else to have your personal and business taxes done.

Not sure what happened to their customer service. I filed my taxes in March of 2022. It's December 2022 and after multiple emails and phone calls I've yet to receive any response. I was recommended by a friend and recommended another friend based on 2021 service but now regretting that decision. Stay away.

I was a customer for the last few years and that means I've aged too. There were required documents I had to submit because they were missing on my first attempt . As a 61 year old who is technically challenged I felt like I was talked to like I was in my 40's. If I offended him when he called me an hour early from my phone appointment when I said " oh I thought my appointment is not for another hour" then I'm sorry. I was in clinic for an appointment so I was taken aback. So the tax preparer did say I'm missing four documents ( because we re financed) and he said to a 61 year old" are you writing this"? Like he has mentioned it a gazillion times. Then he said I will only call you again if you're paperwork is all complete. This time my son helped me and submitted what I thought he needed. I followed it with an email. Never heard from him. NOTHING. Poor business etiquette. I hope when you get to be our age your kids( I hope you know who you are) will talk to you with respect. They did my tax because it was recommended to me by a friend. But when it comes to get audit by the IRS they wont help you. When they filed my tax, i had a gqmbling winnings which they did not included. She even told me she will submit a loss. Now that i got audited she said it womt make a difference. When i did my tax on my own I was able to apply that on my tax. Never comimg back to this place again. As they will leave you hanging. U pay so much yet when in trouble your on your own. I had to call many times to speak to the accountant who did my tax. Thanks Katherine

I made an appointment because I had question on my taxes for next year. I wanted to be prepared and make sure I'm doing everything correctly so that I'm prepared. Glen was the one who called since he is the one knowledgeable about the certain questions I had. He took his time and answered all the questions we had, he recommended certain things for us to do. The consultation was free and we weren't expecting that since Glen took his time to really take care of us. We will for sure be using them for our taxes. We were thankful that Glen took his time with us and made us feel cared for.

I have been using them for the last 4 years for my taxes. 2020 I called and left a message no response. I submitted my paper for taxes and no response. I called about 3 times and they said Glen will call me and now today is the last day and no call. I have taken my business some where else and also had to file for extension just because G3 delayed and did not give me an status. They are also kind of expensive.

I apologize for the very late review. I have been a customer of G3 consultants for about 10 years. These guys are professional and have never had any issues every tax filing year. I receive prompt updates without "following up" with them, which is always a plus. If there are any possible / potential documents, you will be notified in advance before your taxes are filed. I would recommend these guys for the great work they do. You don't have to be local for them to provide service. They have an option for people to upload their documents directly to their site. Try them if you're looking for a tax preparer, you won't be disappointed.

I have been going to G3 Consultants for years and I don't trust anyone else with my taxes! Gayb is very helpful, knowledgeable, informative and friendly. She will go over and beyond to help you understand everything and she will even give you helpful suggestions to plan for the future. My entire family gets their taxes done here and I have referred a couple of friends as well. I highly recommend, they are the best! :)
