Where to begin...I bought a used car from Future CDJR in April. I bought the extended warranty as the sales manager told me it was $450 dollars (approximately) actually it was almost $4500...he forgot to add the word FOR when he I will give it to you Four Four hundred dollars instead of I will give it to you FOR Forty Four HUNDRED dollars! BIG difference. I called, e-mailed, texted and wrote a letter trying to reverse this charge- got NO response for almost two weeks- everyone said they had not received any messages from me. It was added to my car loan so I have been paying the interest- thanks guys! Even after they sent a check for the amount to the loan carrier.Then...It has a huge scratch- they promised to fix it so again after calling, e-mailing and texting for THREE weeks I finally got a service appointment for the repair. When I went to pick it up- the car had been stolen!!!!!!!!!!! SO...I did a police report and it was found damaged a few days later. They agreed to the repairs and I asked for some compensation- after asking and asking and asking and asking they sent a text of a letter stating that they would give me for free my next three oil changes. They had told me it had an oil change before returning it to me- BUT after 3000 miles the NEEDS service light is already saying I need an oil change. Should I take it to them for service??? NO WAY. Not recommended.

Literally was having the worst day or driving around but Reggie instantly changed that for me. What could've been an unfortunate event turned in to a miracle!!! If I come back he will be the only person that I deal with!! He was honestly the nicest person once I walked in to the service department and immediately tried to find ways to help me.Thank you so much Reggie I appreciate YOU!!!P.s Get that man a raise ASAP!!!!

Bought a 2021 Jeep with less than 20k miles on it yesterday at 7 pm. Today it's being towed back to the dealership as the engine is overheating and I've driven it less than 25 miles. Something is not right here! I'll post again once the dealership tells me what's up.UPDATE - loose bolts on the water pump caused a major leak which in turn caused the Wrangler to overheat. Service took care of it quickly and I was back on the road!

Prior to arriving I was feeling a bit down/defeated from outside circumstances and almost did not go here. I listened to the voice in my head and decided to do a test drive. Will caught me on his way into the building and had a very positive spirit. Friendly, positive, and lighthearted, made me feel as though I was with family. He was honest and did not try to upsale me on a vehicle that did not suit my needs. (P.S. per mom; "he was a very mannerly and respectful young man.")I was in a rental vehicle and He listened to my concerns and needs and was able to help find the right car for me. He and his team worked effortlessly and was able to get me in a car the same day. (Will skipped his lunch to make sure everything with smoothly from beginning to end). He helped drive to return the rental. The dynamic is more of a family than a team and you are embraced with open arms. I am glad I was able to find an extended family to trust.Thank you Will & team for getting me back on the road in something safe and reliable.

My experience with them is one of the best, the a-list treatment of the Front-desk (Simoana), the salesman (Haroon) and to the rest of the team. Haroon is the main guy you would want to look for. They will make sure you are in good hands from the pre and post sales. I'm a first Jeep Rubicon owner and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I was Looking for a new car and Alex Kashi was an amazing Sales rep. He stayed in constant contact with me and helped me find the perfect car for the best price. He made the entire process as easy as possible for me. The rest of the sales team and manager were equally helpful, professional, and made me feel like I was top priority.I can't say enough about this dealership and most Importantly Alex KashiI will be sending all my friends and family to this wonderful dealership!

This stealership committed forgery of my son's signature to present a fraudulent work authorization form to a Bureau of Automotive Repair, a form that we never received as required by law when the vehicle was brought in for diagnostics on a bearing noise and problem with transmission. Service rep quoted one price to perform this service but then asked additional money for further diagnostics and charge twice as much as they stated in order to retrieve the vehicle and still have no diagnosis on what parts needed to be replaced to fix both transmission and the bearing noise from the rear differential. Typical bait and switch from a dealership that has committed fraud to deceive a both customer and the B.A.R. Now four complaints filed at the BBB and none of them addressed or resolved by Future Dodge.

Got my jeep from these guys in early February and all was fine, until I contacted them yesterday because my plates and registration had still not arrived. Turns out someone put my address into their system incorrectly and they sent my plates and information to a stranger at a different address.I get that mistakes happen - my one-star review is because of the terrible responsiveness associated with the issue. Rory told me that there was nothing he could do today - then I called the Dmv, who stated that the plates could be cancelled and resent whenever the dealership wanted.Since that moment, no one will answer the phone. Just called the service department as no one in sales nor the operator answered the line. Been having to call every few hours and no one has called back nor helped once. Shame on this company for both messing up my service and literally failing in every way possible in an attempt to clean up the mess. I don't feel valued as a customer whatsoever.

I test drove and then purchased my 2023 Jeep late December 2022. However, the Jeep dealer had the (attached) add posted on their website. I have called/asked them in person, since Dec. 2022 as to when would I receive my full tank of gas and the $50 Amazon or Target gift card...."Uh, we will call you back, You will get it in the mail, I have heard nothing but crickets, after more than enough calls. Staff were friendly upon purchase but have chosen to turn the cheek on their offers. So be sure to get your "offers" before you leave, the day of purchase.

My Jeep Renegade is in it's Advanced stages of Life... getting up there! Despite it's little quirks, I've been able to keep it running. Thanks to Reggie, Service Mgr. at Future CDJR - Concord, CAI'm elderly, and drive this off-road Jeep!And, I'm not the easiest customer to deal with; being a grouchy ol' lady. Yet, every time I visit Dr. reggie, he always reassured me he's got me covered. Thanks Reggie!!
