Doug is a professional who thrives in noticing every detail. He is extremely thorough and proud of his work. I’ve had two cars detailed and they look fantastic. It isn’t the cheapest but great value for the work. If you care about your vehicles this is the place to go!

Doug was magnificent! He gives a detailed explanation of the services to be performed. Takes his time to give you the best possible quality of service. Hands down the best communication and service that I've ever received! He made my car feel like butter and look like black ice. The Detail Job was worth the time and money! I got more than I bargained for. I will definitely be back!

I called them on the phone and they sent me a text message asking if I wanted to set up an appointment. I texted them back and waited 24 hours. I texted them again, and no answer. I called again, and it went to voicemail. Oh well.

Quick response, excellent service, and you definitely feel like they're looking out for you as a customer and treating your car better than they'd treat their own. Got a deep clean of a used Prius I just bought that had serious upholstery stains and was told exactly what to expect and how to resolve any additional problems. Will be back as soon as I need anything else.

My 2010 Ford escape developed nasty mold after a water leak of unknown origin. I had no idea where to take my car and saw Fresh N Clean EXPRESS on Yelp. I chose them because of all the five star ratings. Doug is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. But the quality that stood out the most to me was his tenacity. Doug has such a persistent determination when looking for the cause of a problem, and he comes up with amazing innovative ways to solve it. He is very thorough with letting you know exactly what he is going to do both verbally and in writing. Doug found the hidden leak in my car, installed new carpet, and did an amazing job getting rid of the mold and the awful smell. He beautifully restored the interior and exterior of my car. My car looks absolutely amazing. I highly recommend FreshN Clean Express. I give him 10 stars.

Holy cow! Doug was AMAZING. I'd never had my car detailed so I wasn't sure what to expect, but off the bat, Doug was friendly and incredibly responsive. He makes you feel like you're the only customer he is helping - just great service from the start. We have a large German shepherd who just destroyed the car with hair and dirt thanks to all the rain and with a new baby on the way we wanted to be sure the car was as clean as can be before she arrives. Doug DELIVERED AND THEN SOME. The car legitimately looks brand new!! I don't know how he did it - and for a GREAT price. I cannot recommend him and his business any more. Thank you so much, Doug!!

Doug did an amazing job cleaning the car. I wish I had photos before because WOW what a difference! The car is pristine clean and looks like new despite being 10 years old. Doug is amazingly attentive to all the details in the car and if you're a clean freak, you'll definitely be happy with his job. 10/10 recommend and will be coming back for the next cleaning.

Recently bought a used Honda CRV and needed deep cleaning from pet hair from the previous owner and shared how my daughter was super allergic to dogs. So Doug took extra care in my car and did such a fantastic job! I am so pleased with his work and service. Such a nice guy, so helpful, really cares for the customer, and goes the extra mile. Doug is a wizard. I brought my ‘08 Civic into him to get it ready for sale. Paint scuffs, and stains, and deep dirt! Oh my! My man did an amazing job. It looks better than when I got it at the used car dealership 6 years ago. The car looks completely refreshed, inside and out. Superb attention to detail and he very clearly takes pride in his work. Our old Honda had never been detailed and was in desperate need of a good cleaning, and we are so glad we took it here! He did a great job, got some ancient stains out of the seats, and made our car look like a whole new car. My expectations were completely exceeded. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

My friend yacked in the back seat and it smelt and looked terrible. Got my car back in 2-3 hours and it looked brand new and no odor. Highly recommend! Excellent work and friendly!

I found Doug on Yelp after I decided the interior of my vehicle desperately needed cleaning - I bought it used about two years ago and did not get it detailed inside. It it a light tan interior with fabric seats that showed every stain and smudge from the previous owners and all my coffee misadventures. It. Looks. AMAZING. I could not be more thrilled with the wok that was done - I texted his number to make an appointment for the following week (3/15). I dropped the car off on 3/15 and got it back this morning, 3/16. Y'all - the windows are shining, the seats are pristine and even all the cervices in the cup holders are free of dust/dirt/debris!!! Even my normally stoic dad responded with "WOW!" when he saw the photos - that man has never used all caps in a text so you know my car was CLEAN clean. For anyone else considering coming here - stop your search, Doug will get your car looking brand new and give you some great suggestions + after care tips.
