I've been trying to find a trustworthy shop to work on 5th gen 4runner. Recently I had Frank, Camilo and Genaro assist me to fix a problem I've had for many years with my after market suspension. Camilo knew exactly what my runner needed and had me back overloading in no time. They are all very knowledgeable in their profession. I'm extremely satisfied with their work. They definitely have a customer for life. Thanks again to the whole team.

I just took my car to Franks Repair Service and he was excellent. Very nice and very professional. Did the work in a timely matter and very good to work with. I definately recommend Frank's Import Repair Service. Thank you Frank.

I badly wanted to fix my truck and in four other places I was already told that it wouldn't be economical when I was recommented to go to this shop. He told me he can fix it based on what I told him that gasket is blown on high milage engine. I paid for towing and he charged a "diagnostic fee", but failed to tell be anything new that I didn't already knew that my Truck could't be fixed economically. Four other places already told me exactly this for free based on what I told. I didn't ask him what is wrong. I asked him whether he can fix it! For what was a charge?

Just do yourself a favor and take your car to Frank's shop. It's rare to find honest, professional and trustworthy people like Frank these days. I had my timing belt and oil serviced and Frank and his team got everything done in the same day. Price was fair and the work was extremely professional. Thanks again!

Frank is an honest and very polite mechanic. I went in thinking I needed work done to my car. Frank explained and showed me that I didn't need replacing. Wish I had found him earlier.

I have been bringing my car to Frank for....dang maybe more then 5 years! He is great and never pushes for work to be done on your car. He lets you know what needs to be done now and what can wait until the next time you bring your car in. Super easy to make an appointment!

I've been having Frank work on my Toyota since since he worked at another local place. When he started his own business nearby I happily followed him because he provides good value, and I trust his honest assessment of what my car needs. He's recommended several other businesses to me over the years for specific things that he doesn't do, like auto detailing, and I really appreciate his knowledge of the car community.

and I am back. Restaurants sure have changed in Concord!! Frank saved me some big money. I am a self proclaimed shade-tree mechanic. I am juuussstt knowledgable about car stuff to be dangerous and to be usually safe from some unscrupulous car repair shops. I recently found myself at one, and they were telling my car was doomed unless they could fix this stuff. I thru up the "Bat-Signal" and Frank responded. (okay, I called him with my phone; he answered). he told me to stop the other shop and it did indeed sound like theater. I knew it just sounded all wrong.my wife and I figured out how to get my truck to Frank. Which was a Saturday, meaning my truck wouldn't get investigated until Tues. fine by me. drop off truck and we ate Laotian noodle soup, and drove back to Sonoma County feeling full and knowing I was gonna get the straight honest info on Tuesday. Wednesday..truck is done!!! some repairs needed, but not the open heart surgery the other shop told me I needed. I happily paid Frank. we talked about dogs and family..and the wife and I went for some Sushi. hahah..Franks did talk a bit about retirement. when he does, I am buying a new truck with extended warranty. go Frank!!
