I usually shop late at night because I’m busy during the day. The self-checkout closes early, and there’s only one person working the register, which leads to long wait times.

I love buy in food max so my wife too, yesterday have the worse experience whit costumer service, old salt and pepper hair guy maybe on his 50s-60s. Rude and racist i ask him whats wrong why he is acting like that, he treat the person in front me bad, he throw my groceries in the belt rude, tjen he make fun of the lady behind me because she dont speak english, no more food max concord for me and my family, a soon i got home i told my wife and she describe the guy before i start telling her to whole story because she was treat worse before for the same guy but she dont say something to no create problems. Food max manager what else have to happen to you guys do something !!!

if i could give this store 0 stars, I would. this place has horrible management. one of my friends was being harassed and a staff member was nearby her name was Melissa. This location is very old and unprofessional, Long lines, while I was in line today a staff member yelled at me to go to the next one.

Melissa (short white girl with glasses and low pony tail) is very rude and unprofessional. She always has an attitude with every single customer. The fact that she’s still employed here after several years speaks volumes about management. If you hate your job so much, go work somewhere else.

Management doesn't have enough scheduled employees during busy hours, so expect long waiting periods. Great employees that DO work though.

There’s an old white man that harassed me when I come here. He works as a cashier. He’s so rude to me many times. He called me stupid before. Today he decided to call me a “bad girl” even though I try to avoid contact with him because he always has some snarky comment. I didn’t do anything to him. He’s just weird with me and always comments weird things to me. Please foodmax, work on your customer service. This is wrong.
