I highly recommend Fleury's, they are a family owned business that has this down to a science.I've sent my clients to them in the past, and used them this time for carpet in my own home. It was no easy feat, between our furniture and the whole family's schedule. Chris and Patrick were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They worked with their installation crew to come up with some "outside of the box" solutions to specific needs we had with our stairs. Their crew was polite and hard working. When I found a tack sticking up, Patrick sent someone out the very next day to fix it.They sell different qualities of carpet, depending on your needs, and I was really happy to support a local business.

I highly recommend Fleury's Floor Covering! Friendly and attentive service, good communication, great quality products and excellent installation! I couldn't ask for more!I live in a small condo, barely 500 square feet, near downtown Berkeley. Fleury's is located in Concord and I assumed that they wouldn't travel to Berkeley, but my boyfriend said ask them and luckily, they do. I got an estimate from Fleury's and two other floor vendors/installers. Fleury's had the lowest total cost by, I think, $800-$1000 (sorry I cannot remember exactly). I chose maple hardwood flooring in a blonde color. I wasn't able to do the installation right away on my end, and Fleury's was booked with other jobs, so I happily agreed to only a general timeframe for installation. As the time drew nearer, Chris and/or Patrick would contact me and keep me up-to-date about when they could do it. I really appreciated their attentive communication. I could tell that they valued my business and want me to be a happy customer, even though mine was a small job (the total cost of flooring and installation would be $7300, which is not a lot in the world of brand new flooring). Victor and Javier are longtime installers with Fleury's (I think Victor said he has been working for them for 20 years!!) and they did an excellent job!! They showed up exactly when Chris and Patrick had scheduled them for. They were really nice, clean, thoughtful and, most of all, very skillful and competent. You never know for sure what you are going to find when you pull up your old floor, so I was kinda nervous about that (especially in my building, which was built in 1907 and generations of people have lived here). There was a mild surprise, but nothing major and everything proceeded without a hitch. I think if there was something major, I would definitely trust them to handle it skillfully for a fair price.Another owner in my condo complex is thinking about getting new hardwood floors, too. I'm definitely going to recommend Fleury's.

After moving into our new home we decided the kitchen floors needed an upgrade and let me tell you, Fleurys was the crew for the job! They were so incredibly helpful throughout the process. They pulled countless samples for me, let me take them home and see them in the space, and made great recommendations from color, brand, and even floorboards. They were completely transparent on cost and they work with you to find the best option in your budget & needs. The install was cake - we picked out floors and had them installed within weeks. It feels like a brand new kitchen now! These guys will be our go to for the next floor endeavor indeed :)

5 stars from start to finish. Glad I chose Fleurys to do my new carpets and floors. I had other bids from other companies but the other bids switched my carpet to a cheaper one and gave me lower bid for cheap carpet which I did not request. Fleury was the only company that gave me exactly what I asked for and the installation went smooth and they even did extra trim on my flooring without any additional cost. Thanks Chris and Patrick. Also thanks to the installation crew.

Patrick and Chris are fantastic. They were able to accommodate to our new build schedule and we were able to move in with beautiful new floors. Really nice experience all around - both customer service and the actual install was very smooth. Very responsive and delivered everything as promised.

Multiple problems with installation. Tried working with the store for several months. Each time their installers came to my home the problems got worse. No information about the materials when I was trying to choose the appropriate carpet. No follow-up after installation. Definitely would not recommend.

After waiting far too long, we finally decided to replace the worn out carpeting in our home with hardwood flooring and we chose Fleury's Floor Covering to do the job. We couldn't have made a better decision. From our very first visit, Patrick and Chris were so helpful in answering all our questions as well as giving us lots of info about our choice and really listening to what we wanted. They let us borrow some sample flooring and when we had narrowed it down to 2 even said we could keep them as long as we needed to make a decision. In fact, when we learned they had a box of the color we were leaning toward (that was left over from a previous job they had done), Patrick let us borrow the entire box so we could get a better idea of how that color would look in our home. Unfortunately, because of the pandemic and shipment shortages, it took longer than normal to get the flooring we decided on. But that was okay. After already waiting as long as we did, a few extra months was not a big deal. And Patrick was very good at keeping us updated on the status of everything. When the flooring finally arrived, the installation went incredibly smoothly. Because we were doing our entire house, we had been told it might take 5-7 days, but the installers finished it in 3 and it looked amazing when they were done. Their installers have worked there on average 15-20 years and they care about the quality of their work. Fleury's doesn't use sub-contractors. When someone loves what they do, it shows and it's easy to see why everyone at this family run business is so passionate. They really do care about their customers and we highly recommend them!

These guys are great. We've used them twice. They're salt-of-the-earth people. Chris (sales) and Patrick (estimating and scheduling) rocked. The install crew couldn't have been better. Their price was competitive and the whole process was super professional. What's not to like?

Fleury's is an awesome company. They're not a chain franchise, which in my opinion is better, which makes for superior customer service. Chris and Patrick are very knowledgeable and professional. The install guys were great as well, and easy to work with. I did mostly luxury vinyl plank in my house which turned out to be super nice. It ended up costing more in the end with the addition of plywood to level out the house prior to install, but that was expected considering the rising costs of materials these days. I highly recommend Fleury's.

Patrick and his team really took care of us after we discovered an issue that developed with our floor. They installed the floor in our home before we bought it but they still went out of their way to help us out and stood by their work even though we weren’t the original customers. Top notch service, friendly installers and the floor looks great!

Fleury's did the flooring for our new house (carpeting and vinyl), and it was a very positive experience. On the day we went to Fluery's, we had actually stopped by another flooring place where they just told us to "pick what we like and let them know." Fleury's was the complete opposite. From the moment we walked in, Chris was super helpful and proactive in advising us on what would work for our needs. Since we had brought our little dog, he quickly showed us the pet-friendly carpets and explained their benefits. This helped make the process a lot less overwhelming, which we really appreciated. The rest of the process was smooth; Patrick came to take measurements for the estimate, and was very friendly throughout. My only nitpick would be some lack of communication after we made the deposit and before installation, as we had to follow-up a few times to get a timeframe for when the work would be done (at the same time, this was around the holidays during the Omicron surge, so can't complain too much). The installation took two days, after which we had amazing flooring that we are really, really happy with. Overall, it was a really positive experience and I will definitely go back to Fleury's for any future flooring needs.

A well-deserved fully positive review for Chris, Patrick and the installation crew of Fluery's floors. It's five months since the hardwood floor went in and looks as great and tight fitting as when it was installed.Good partnership with Chris and Patrick throughout the project from going over material in the showroom to the finished installation. Grateful for how it all turned out.
