“I've been looking for a reliable CPA who can do my taxes for at least two years now. I work fulltime for an employer, but I also have a small freelance business on the side. With the regular tax preparers like H&R Block and Jackson Hewitt, you get a tax preparer ( not necessarily a CPA) who enters your info into a ready-made computer tax program. If your situation is out of the norm, they usually go into panic mode and need to consult with their supervisor/manager, etc, before moving forward. What I appreciate with LNB Accounting is that you get an actual CPA who knows all of the CA state and federal tax laws (all of the current and yearly updates). When you have as many deductions as I do, you want to make sure that you are getting every possible tax situation addressed. In addition, the CPA made sure to remind me of every single deduction and possible tax credit available to me, no matter how mundane, to make sure that I got as much money back from the state and the federal government. I found the fees they charged to be fair because at the end of the day we all want peace of mind that our tax returns won't get audited and that we get a nice return as well.
