TL;DR - DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SHOP HEREUnbelievably poor customer service. After paying tens of thousands of dollars in deposit, our order was completely lost, the sales person had disappeared and many of our items in fact had not been ordered in the first place.Customer service was incredibly poor the whole entire way through. Rep would lose information, give incorrect information about item status, screwed up scheduling delivery and install - basically everything that you don't want from an appliance vendor.Worst communication skills from a sales dept I've ever encountered.Do yourself a favor and bring your business elsewhere. Cannot give a worse review of this place.Just check out all the other recent 1 star reviews.

We were lied to so many times I lost track. We ordered an oven and a refrigerator. The oven which was supposed to be a floor model and supposedly was in perfect shape, looked like some one had taken a baseball bat to the back. Luckily, none of the damage showed or effected the function. We were told several different lies about the damage and discounts. The refrigerator took 13 months to arrive. Granted that is not their fault, but they should have known, as every other place told us it would be a year, and they claimed it would only take 6 months (then 2 more, then 3 more, then 2 more).Overall, they delivered the appliances, but the lies were too much.

So far a terrible experience. Our sales guy disappeared and now their sales coordinator is gone overnight as well. What’s going on? No customer service at all, extremely disappointed.

It really had been a great experiences at Monarch premium appliance. They make doing business such an ease. Jennifer was wonderful friendly, easy to talk to and dealt with. I have not see customer service at this level in a long long time. Also show room director Felicia was easy to get to and an absolute best to deal with as well.. high recommend

I really appreciated both Grayson and Greg who took the time to get to know me and the issue I had with my stove and the best option to replace it. They are both very knowledgeable about the brands and different models they carry and are really experts on the history of many appliance manufacturers and products.I would recommend Monarch to anyone looking for appliances.Don

I own a small construction company with my partner. We both always send our clients to the other competition in the Bay Area. After learning of Monark Concord from a neighbor , I thought I’d give it a try for my personal use.The experience couldn’t be easier !We were greeted and directed to our fabulous sales person Greg Fletcher, who helped us purchase our appliances.I later went to the Hayward location for a clients needs and got the same treatment.I totally recommend this business.Helena SingelstadSingelstad Construction

I got a request to review monark. Here is what I have so far:Great selection of products and good info to help narrow down to some choices. However, the good stops there. We bought a floor model dishwasher and a new range and microwave. First, they sold us a dishwasher that had already been sold. This was not discovered for at least two weeks. There was another similar model that we ended up getting for a bit lower price, but they did not issue a refund until it was Installed. Scheduling the installation took over 1 month which is not acceptable for an in stock item.The next bungle was with the range. Delivery and install was pushed out ~3 months because the backsplash /guard was backordered. After about a month passed, they informed me that the part was discontinued. Seems like that should have been known at the time of order or at least sooner than 1 month. This was frustrating since that part was the reason for the delayed installation. Refund for that part was also delayed. We were able to move up the installation, but during installation, we came to find out that the wrong model of range was ordered. We had multiple discussions with the salesman about what we wanted and clear evidence in some emails so this error was very disappointing.All the errors seem to have been corrected, however we do not yet have the range installed.

Greg Fletcher is terrific! He is knowledgeable, competent and friendly. I'vebeen buying appliances for clients from him for over 20 years. Iwould never consider buying an appliance any where else.
