Bad customer service, not polite

I had a signature required package held at this location while I was traveling. They said that my driver's license wasn't enough proof of identity and asked for a power bill or similar to verify my identity. I can buy a car with less than that. It was an unreasonable request and they can return it to sender on their own dime.

Unorganized, unprofessional, and an absolute mess. I have had a couple bad experiences at this specific FedEx, but the one that I had today will keep me from ever going back. I got a banner printed for an event I am working this weekend, and when I went to pick up the sign, it had a giant smear in the middle of it. They offered to make me another one, which I agreed to even though it frustrated me since I was on my lunch break which was only an hour and I knew I would not be able to come back until later. And I also want to know why they wouldn't check it before the customer came to pick it up? Anyways, after returning many hours later, I came to pick up my sign and they tried to double charge me. I had already paid for the sign when I got it ordered the previous two days before that. Apparently, their computer was messed up and it wasn't showing that I paid for the item even though I was showing them my bank statement with the charge had already processed and gone through. The man helping me quite literally told me, " I cannot let you leave with the sign" even though I already paid for it. I repetitively told him many times that it should not be the customers problem just because they have a screwup on their end but he absolutely refused to give the sign to me until I had already sat there and argued with him for 20 minutes. Everyone here needs to learn some serious customer service skills. Why on earth would you make the customer pay for the fact that your computer isn't working? That is not my problem and has nothing to do with me. And neither will this store because I am literally never coming back here again. They need to hire a completely new staff for this store because no one here ever knows what they're talking about. And while they're at it, they should get a completely new computer system, because that apparently never works either. I highly recommend going to the FedEx in Walnut Creek over this one.

Extremely irritated and disappointed that when I told staff including the manager my delivery was expecting 2 boxes that needed to be refrigerated (temp sensitive medication). They said they only received one and that it is 1 box per tracking ID. So I picked up the one this morning thinking maybe the other box didn't arrive yet waiting for a second tracking ID to be texted to me or maybe they did send just one box with everything in there. I work during the day and had a midday appointment so I couldn't call them to double check till the afternoon as I never received a second tracking ID. They said they found the second box and I had to leave work again to go back down there. Box had already been sitting there for hours and the medicine was not cheap so hoping it's still viable as it needs to be taken this week.Next time just do your job and instead of guessing actually double check to avoid putting others in a predicament.

I came in today to do a return and the guy working there was little to no help. Its annoying when you have people with 0 to no customer service skills. Retrain the staff!!!Also hate when I come into a location and I see the face of someone who hates being there or hates their job!

I have used this center a number of times. The employees are knowledgeable but not super helpful or friendly. BE AWARE that this copy center defaults all of their copiers to COLOR - the most expensive printing/copying option (maybe all of the FedEx Centers do this...?). The person using the copier next to me was not very proficient at machinery/electronics. They were printing out a very larger B&W document and got charged around $60, because they didn't know to change the color-status to B&W. This center is not good at checking the toner levels in the machines (definitely seems to NOT be part of their daily service routine). On a number of occasions I have started printing or copying and either there is no color toner (but I get charged for color), or the B&W toner is so low that you can barely read the print. One time I had to try all 3 copiers and ended up choosing the best of the worst, because I had to get something shipped out that day. The first one had only yellow in the color toner; the 2nd one was so low on black toner that it wasn't even printing the black print on my pages (only the color pics); and the 3rd was low on both color and black, but it was the best of the 3. I told them about the toner issues and they didn't care and they definitely did NOT offer to reimbursement me for all of the test copies I had to do to get the the best of the worst printouts.

Their staff aren't helpful. I needed a repeat print job done and now they can't do it. There doesn't seem to be a consistent standard and the level of help I get depends on who's working. The Assistant Manager Raquel was not helpful at all. I've working with other employees and they did the print job no problem.

I would rate my experience with Kim(store) manager a negative 1 for customer service and lack of knowledge on FedEx product offering. The store manager failed to answer my basic questions on confirmation delivery options available through FedEx. Her tone of voice was aggresive and choice of words demeaning. It’s concerning a manager level FedEx employess lacks skills on customer service , company product offering, and conflict resolution. Avoid this place if you can. Good luck FedEx for this store manager repesent your brand image!

The lady who is working here is crazy. I brought my package for return and I used same box what I got it and there is no damage on the box. And the lady told me that she need to mark it as damaged the box. I didn't see any damage and she said it was opened box that's why I need to mark it as damaged. What a stupid lady. She doesn't know "damaged"mean. Stupid. I go to different FedEx store. Never go to your store

Jacob was not helpful at all. Came in to get assistance on printing out our baby shower invitations and he was in a really bad mood. He didn't show us a sample of what we wanted printed as fedex employees usually do and when he printed out the invitations, they had a background and looked a bit off and said instantly that's just your file instead of offering to help us fix issue . then he printed out an example and said I'll show you the example before wasting more paper. Horrible experience and he made it super awkward.

FedEx please train JACOB appropriately on customer service. Last night I arrived around 6:15 pm to use the printer. I emailed my documents to
[email protected] as I usually do.It took over 30 minutes for me to receive my code. Once received I began to print 10 different documents which were crucial for a new client. I was half way through printing when Jacob turned the lights off at the business and told him and told me I had to go.I explained that I was already being charged and that the printer was still going. He did not seem to care and appeared to be in a hurry to leave. He raised his voice and said we HAVE to be out of the store by 7 so you have to get out. I was shocked at the disrespect but decided to let it go and just walk away to avoid a bigger altercation with him. He had small man syndrome but I did not have time to set him straight.Long story short, I did not get the rest of the documents printed on time and I lost a very important client.I will be speaking to corporate for a refund in my botched print job and to inform them of this crap. Jacob has to go.

I've been using FedEx Kinkos print center for over 10 years for my small business. I use different locations depending on where's convenient. This is the first time I left feeling like I was being scammed and gaslit by Jacob, who was completely rude and unhelpful. First, I had emailed my project to the store several hours before I showed up to pick up (like I had done 100's of times to various stores). Jacob informed me that they don't check their emails and I needed to submit my project online. I had done that once with frustrating results and other Kinkos accepted emails, so I was confused. He didn't explain HOW to submit online or provide any help. There was another girl who worked there and saw that I was on my cell phone trying to figure out how to submit online (completely lost) and she helped me. I got in line and provided my "retrieval code". I waited patiently as Jacob trained a woman on how to print my order. At one point he told her to click on "black and white" and I chimed in that I would like my print in color. He gave me a nasty look and rudely told me that was the name of the printer... ok. When it was time to ring me up he informed me that he had to charge me $15 for the "rush job. Frustrating, but it was fine, I'll pay the $15. THEN he tells me the total is over $70!! For 2 - 24"x36" sheets and 1-11"x17" sheet. NO WAY! I said I wasn't going to pay that as I KNOW that the copies don't cost that much. He told me it was because they're color. I pulled out multiple Kinkos receipts of recent projects that were more color than this one and were charged less (by half) than what he was charging me. He said (snarky) I didn't ask for "color accents" I asked for "color". In all the years, I've NEVER had a Kinkos employee ask me if I wanted color accents or color. I told him to pull up the pdf, he'd see that it's not full color. He printed the document and charged me for "color accents" but treated me like HE was doing ME a favor (for charging me correctly). When it printed (wrongly might I add) I asked him to look at to see that it's not much color but he still said it was "full color". I called "********* which is rude on my part, but it was obvious that he was blatantly lying to my face and didn't want to admit that he tried to scam me. I just don't like to be made to feel like I'm being a "Karen" because I refuse to let a rude employee take advantage of me and charge me over double. I was so upset that when I got home I opened the document on my computer and measured how much color was on the sheet... 2% of the 24x36" sheet had color. But according to Jacob that's full color.
