I had a signature required package held at this location while I was traveling. They said that my driver's license wasn't enough proof of identity and asked for a power bill or similar to verify my identity. I can buy a car with less than that. I came in today to do a return and the guy working there was little to no help. Its annoying when you have people with 0 to no customer service skills. Retrain the staff!!!Also hate when I come into a location and I see the face of someone who hates being there or hates their job!
