I've used a few body shops in the North Bay area and they're all very good, restoring my vehicles back to the condition they were before the accidents, so there's not much to write about. But last month my 2019 F150 needed body work after a young man crashed into the left side of my truck. My company suggested Falcon in Concord. After 2 weeks, as promised, I came to pick up the truck and of course it was fixed beautifully as expected and the bonus was the detailing job they had done to my truck, inside and outside. Looked like a brand new truck, again. Got home, I noticed that they'd replaced one of the light bulb in my tail lights too. A week later, my wife said the AC didn't work, I spoke to Herson and he told me they only worked on the body but bring it back anyway so they could take a look. Herson had a technician came out and troubleshot and replaced a fuse to get the AC going. Now, that was above and beyond customer service. I was not only happy but really delighted. Thanks Herson! Oh, I forgot to mention that they picked up my truck from my home in Suisun City and brought it to Concord to work on it too. Hopefully I won't need their service anymore, LOL, but if I do, they're the one I'd think of.

They did a great job on the repair and thoroughly cleaned my car. That was all great but think there was a little bit too much Armor All especially on my display screen.

Owners an unreliable con with screwy values. Overcharges compared to other repair facilities and hasn't managed to finish my vehicle in timely fashion. Been back 3 times for putty problems. Paint doesn't match, texture isn't right and all staff seem undertrained. Maybe find yourself a better option. These guys won't be in business long! Body repair shops are scum sucking bottom feeders on a good day but these folks take it to the basement!

Came to falcon collision repair June 2021 to have my whole car painted. Took over 2 months till my car was "ready" for pick up. On arrival for pick up I received horrible service, disrespectful employees, parts missing, left me handfuls of bolts and nuts after having my car painted to figure out where they go. Passenger seat belt bolts missing, door handle bolts loose/ falling out, even my fog light led bulbs they removed and the list goes on. My headlight fell out due to bolts they did not put in. Some weird stuff going on at this shop. They gave me a 5 year warranty but now they won't accept the warranty? The owner got aggressive when I came in for a scheduled date with the shop to have some warranty touch ups to be addressed for when the headlight fell out, the owner was very disrespectful and began to shove me out lock to door and call me names even though it was scheduled for me to bring the car. Do NOT trust falcon with any quality work as the warranty is non existent. Do NOT trust falcon to put you vehicle back together completely. Double check all nuts and bolts as it seems they didn't even use tools to tighten things.

They are very reasonable and understanding granted i did not actually have work to my car done here but if ever needing to these will be my go to guys i was going to have them do some body work to my car but then an unfortunate accident happened but yes i do recommend these guys

About 2 years ago I had my 04 nissan repaired and they did an awesome job. I wasnt pleased when they moved but now that i found them again I'm excited because I know they're the best. So I will be taking in my Hyundai to get repaired because the mechanics through my warranty with carhop are HORRIBLE!! I'd rather go to herson who I know will handle this reacurring issue with this car

its been a year or so since falcon collision fixed our car due to car accident. now the paint of our chevy camaro is starting to peel the paint of our car. i don't know what happened or how do they paint our car, and herson, one of the owner doesn't want to admit about it and they don't want to fixed it cause they said that we just ran over some white paint over the road. but heres the pictures. its peeling over the bumper and on the side of the car. guys never entrust your car over them. its hard to deal with them. There service are not good, they over charged the parts and their service. They took nearly 4 months to fixed our car.

Go down and see Herson - he is very friendly and willing to work with each customer on their individual needs - insurance or no insurance. Great crew as well - they even wash and vacuum your car!
