buyer beware i bought a car with elite last year and to find out the brake needs rotors. they had put new break pads over the rotors and for me to get it fix is going to cost 8k….i overpaid for a car over 70k with low miles and to find this out just upsets me. these guys are crooks. i had a ppi on the car and they never found it so make sure u get one from the dealership no some mobile one and especially not one they recommend.

I purchased a Porsche 911 Turbo S from this dealership. They sold the car to me as “stock”. After driving it for a few days the car went to a halt and stopped igniting. I then took it to my local Porsche service center and the car was completely modified. It had an upgraded tune, a fuel pump that was in taking five liters and a modified exhaust. It was upsetting because to make the car fully functional again I had to spend almost four thousand dollars and had to make it stock again. I called the dealership multiple times to ask if they could pay for the service that needed to be done to revert it to stock as the modifications were not addressed even though I specifically asked if the car had any mods and they said it was “stock”. I did not appreciate their blatant lie and lack of responsibility to correct their mistake which is why I am leaving this review.

I was originally suspect of purchasing anywhere other than a new car dealership and was questioning making a purchase, but I''m glad I did. Robert helped me through many particulars in finding and purchasing the absolutely best Porche for me. It was in great condition and I had a lot of questions. Robert helped me through all my questions and was always open, transparent and honest. The purchase included a replacement part and Jeff the parts Manager was proactive, timely and followed through as he said he would. I''d buy again and would recommend Elite Motor Cars in Concord.

Service, paperwork, and overall the purchase of a used vehicle went very smoothly for me. I saw the reviews before hand and had some slight reservations but I have to say, my experience from start to finish was really a 5 star experience. I worked with Mo and Alex - they were fantastic and collaborative. A few of my local friends are also looking for cars and I would highly recommend Mo and Alex not only to the public but my friends and family. Thank you Elite!

Nice cars that I drive by everyday when I go to the gym in the same cul-de-sac. I did some donuts in my minivan one day and a bunch of people from the shop came out and watch. None of them seemed to mind and for that I give them a 5 star review.

Absolutely worst car shopping experience ever. I'm so happy we did not buy from here. My husband and I were ready to buy. There were 2-3 options I was interested in purchasing. From the moment we got there, we felt like we were an inconvenience to both sales persons they had on hand. I asked a question on the location of an AMG 63 I was looking at online, and his immediate reply was "it's across the street". I then asked if we could go see it, and immediately replied "I guess I can take you". We told him he could take him time as he seemed annoyed with us and did not want to help. But he didn't reply and just started over. We walk over to the other lot, I sit in the car. He seemed to be rushing us and rudely asked, "do you want this car or not". I asked if I could maybe test drive it, to which he replied I would need to make an appointment unless I intended to buy it. My husband then proceeds to tell him a few choice words. The salesmen walks up to him as he would like to fight and proceeded to yell at my husband to stay the eff out of his business (not smart as my husband is a black belt in Brazilian jujitsu). My husband laughed and spoke to his manager to let him know the awful experience we just had. Manager did ask if he could assist instead but we declined and left our number for a call back from the owner Alex so we could let him know how his business was being run while he was not there. We then left and went to a real dealership and purchased a beautiful AMG 63, for a better deal and superbly better service. After speaking to a few people in the car business, it seems like this place's service and reputation has been going down hill for years. I've also been informed they are conducting some shady business practices so buyers beware and do your homework.

Want to thank whole team, especially Michael Salido. My case was not the easiest as been just moved from Europe and the team helped me a lot to deal with NC DMV.
Just want to thank again as being newbie on the systems, totally not aware US or State differences regarding buying a car (or the tax system) and buying RS7 without seeing it, and evertyhing went well with these guys including transportation!

I called elite Motors cause I saw a truck I wanted. I called up spoke with Matt. Matt was great. He was my sales guy and was very good. The company ran my credit and got me approved and I told them I would be up the next day to pick up truck. I guess someone walked in last night and the manager sold the truck from under me. Elite Motors already ran my credit and put a hit on my report. The manager didn't call or anything. I had to find out the day I was suppose to pick up from my sales guy that the Sucky manager sold my truck cause someone offered him more money even tho our deal was done and credit was ran appointment all set to pick up. These are the exact kind of games Shady dealer play. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS WHEN YOU ARE ABOUT TO LOOK AT ANYTHING AT ELITE. These are the exact tactics that gave used car dealers bad names.
I am responding to your reply . If that was the case. Why didn't you call me to tell me that someone else is interested. If you want to keep the deal leave a deposit. You ran my credit and all. I have a credit score of 830. You didn't think I was serious? People with 830 credit scores don't just go having people run their credit if they are not interested. You never attempted to call me . Very bad business. Get ready to get flooded with a whole bunch of 1star reviews. I have over 2 million followers on Twitter and YouTube. I am making a special video for you guys. Get ready. The worst customer experience ever. Ran my family member credit , closed the deal. Then called the morning we’re supposed to pick it up, the salesman called to tell us the car was sold last night by someone else.
