I had the misfortune of being involved in a car accident, bottom line is I had to have it fixed and ended up working with Elite AutoBody. This is a locally owned business that provided me with excellent customer service. I was so happy and impressed with their work on my Audi A3. They were attentive and respectful in every way. They made something negatrive and making it more tolerable. Their customer service is excellent in every way. They went above and beyond including fixng a slight problem with my second car and no charge. These folks are great and I highly recommend them.

I'm giving 3 stars because my experience was just okay. I was referred here from insurance as the closest business who could also get me a same day appointment. When I arrived I was informed that while I was there it would take them 14 days to even look at my car. I went ahead with letting them take pics anyway as this is the first time I've ever dealt with this type of accident. The first thing the technician said to me is "they're going to total this car" again as someone who hasn't gone through this before, that was a scary statement to hear. He proceeded to take photos and told me that I'd hear back from them. Thankfully I didn't give up and ended up getting other quotes. I also never heard back but that may be standard if the assignment was moved to another business. I'd like to say that my car was in fact NOT totaled. Was it a hefty repair? Absolutely. But I was able to have it fixed by a competitor who also was a bit more compassionate about my situation and also told me that while I was driving the car it technically wasn't safe to do so.

UNPROFESSIONAL 04.26 I came in like a week in half ago ( had an appointment at 2pm ) meet with the mechanic he was wonderful. He told he will send a quote to my insurance ( AAA, mind you they was recommended by them. I told them that I needed a shop that's Mercedes Benz approve ) and once they approve it they will call me to bring my car in. AAA emailed me letting me know everything is good to go. I been calling them since. No call back. Today 4.26 I called at 8 am than again 9am than again 10.38 finally got a respond the women who claim she is a manager said she ain't received no phone calls or massages, Mmm okay. I simply said " once my insurance approved it why didn't I get a phone call to bring my car in, because that's what y'all told me y'all will do. Instead I been calling y'all for days to bring my car in " she said she has no idea. That didn't sit right with me, so I said since I been waiting for days can i drop my car off tomorrow since it's my day off she said that the only thing available is next week. I requested if someone above her can call me I gave her my number ( again ) my name ( again ) and she said okay, she will pass the massage when the owner gets in. I called again hours later and she told me that she don't know when the owner will be in that he comes in when he wants too. I politely asked if she even let him know the situation and she said yes, from her tone I felt like she was lying. Than she said I can get you in on the 8th of May I ended up hanging up because what happened to Monday. When I say unprofessional, rude and simply don't care is beyond me. I called AAA and asked to go to a different shop. The way she was treating me, you would think I was tryna bullshit them when I was going thru my insurance and the whole time AAA emailing me asking me when will I be bringing my car to the shop. She was rude from the day I meet her the only reason I decided to go with them was the mechanic he was knowledgeable and very polite. It felt right, however after today I said it's okay, there are other car body shops with knowledgeable and polite mechanic.

I called Elite Auto Body for a collision estimate on my vehicle. They were able to complete it the same day at no cost to me. I really appreciate Julio for staying overtime to complete the estimate because I really needed it done. 10/10 would recommend! The staff really cares about their customers

Their customer service was exceptional friendly and knowledgeable. My corvette was hit and they fixed it perfectly. It looks beautiful and they even dropped it off at our house. If I need this kind of service would go back

Our brand new Prius was hit by a bullet that came through the roof. I am really picky and have not had good experiences with body shops in the past but these guys did a great job. My only complaint? They didn't save the bullet for me! :-)

It made me sick to my stomach, I was so afraid our car was totaled after our accident. We are so happy Elite was able to restore it as if the accident never happened. The car looks perfect! The manager needs to brush up on customer service. Take responsibility when something goes wrong. "Mis-understanding" is not an apology.

Brought my car in because they were a AAA approved auto body repair shop. My car was done in a week when every other shop was quoting a month before they could even look at it.The day I got it back I noticed at night the headlight on the side that was hit was still sitting low-I called the next morning and they took care of it immediately. (I don’t think they actually forgot to fix it/did it wrong-it was probably within spec, but way lower than I was used to.) Everybody I talked to was also very patient and friendly.Service: Body & Trim

My parked car was hit in the middle of the night and I was referred, unfortunately, to this auto body shop. I called ahead of time to ask if they could accommodate my mangled car which needed to be flat bedded to them as it would eventually be ruled totaled. They said yes, they would store my car for me while the assessors reviewed damages. I was unable to get inside my car due to the extreme damage to my car before it left. Once my car was ruled totaled over a week later, I was called and asked to come collect my belongings. When I got there, I found that my car had never in fact, been stored (although they collected a storage fee from my insurance company) Instead it had been left in a vacant parking lot next to a dumpster. My window had been smashed, and my car ransacked. Tons of items were stolen. The employees were mortified and said they accepted full responsibility as they had never notified me that my car was unable to be stored properly and I was never asked to come get my things. I followed up with the manager, who could not have been ruder and told me they had misinformed me and they had zero liability. Because so much time had passed, I was unable to then file through my insurance for the almost $1,000 of items stolen. Terrible customer service, and it was a very very terrible experience and I would NEVER refer them to a friend nor would I ever touch a foot on this property again. Shame on them.

I HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST TAKING YOUR CAR TO ELITE AUTOBODY!! I drive a Chevrolet Malibu and had taken it to the dealership last year after an accident. Concord Chevrolet sends all their Autobody work to Elite. So without choice my car was sent there to be fixed. I was in another minor accident this year and it was brought to my attention that the work done to my car at Elite Autobody was done in an unprofessional and unsafe manner!! I have been driving that car for over a year and it was completely unsafe, Thank god I am okay. After bringing this to Wes the service manager's (At Chevrolet) attention he stated he would reach out to Charlie. It wasn't until after I filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive that I heard anything from Elite. Charlie's customer service was a nightmare. I understand that mistakes are made but he never took responsibility for the work that was done to my car. He told the BAR that he is only fixing my vehicle because of the relationship he has with Chevrolet. Immediately after hearing this I picked up my car to be fixed elsewhere. Long story short, you should find another Autobody shop that values and cares for their customers and their safety.
