Glad to find a local detailing supply house and even better, I am super impressed with how Pelle (the owner) handled a problem that I encountered.The backing plate that I bought from them with thread adapter the week before came off my DA while buffing and did some damage to my paint.Pelle had a guy drive and pick up the proper backing plate (CG’s were out of stock) from a different vendor and return it to me while I was there!Then he Volunteered to have a dent-less paint guy take care of the damage without me having to ask.Very impressed and I appreciate it.Will definitely be back!Thanks!!

I just finished taking an auto detailing one day class. It was amazing. Eric was very knowledgeable and very nice. He explained everything very well and thoroughly answered any questions I had.

I did the detail basics class the level of attention and detail we went into was amazing covering the entire car and every tool will help a lot with our business. The staff was extremely kind and helpful they made it an even better experience!

Just come here. but don't come if you don't want to spend money and keep coming back to spend more money... I really like their products and I like it even more because the customer service... yeah I'm one of those. Give me great service I keep coming back. Great customer service beats convenience for me. I can get this s*** off Amazon... but I like coming here because I can ask whatever question I want and they have an answer. CON: YOU OVER SPEND. Pro? You will be happy with each and everyone of the products you purchase from this place.

I invested the money to get paint correction and ceramic coating on my 89 560SL and then had to park it in the shared condo garage with open air sides. The dust settled. And settled. And I wanted to make sure I washed it the right way. I knew I had to do a two-bucket wash, but hadn't ever done that before. I googled it, and realized I needed supplies. I went on Yelp and found Detail Garage. Stopped in and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. I did. Lots of help. Ian is the man. So patient and helpful for this newbie. I asked lots of questions and he answered them all. He walked me through the process step-by-step and didn't try to oversell me. Today, when I actually went to wash the car, I called the shop again and asked to chat with Ian. He ever so kindly repeated the steps again for me (this time, I wrote them down). Super nice guy. Great shop.

Today was my first time going to this store after my cousin recommended it to me. They only have Chemical Guys product for those wanting to know. I love their products so for me that brand is good enough. I walked in and a guy instantly welcomed me, asked what i was looking for and told him leather conditioner. He asked me a few questions, checked out my car's leather and recommended a product with all the attributes it offered. I Asked about other products i had in mind and answered all my question very professionally, then another guy stepped in explaining other products offered by Chemical Guys and whats different one from another. Everyone in this store is really profesional and know what they're talking about. Forget about the product, the costumer service and knowledge provided by itself is worth 100x more. Thank you to the guys who helped me, will definitely be coming back. and for those wondering, yes i liked the product. The leather in my car went from looking like 30 minutes after taking a shower in winter time (for those that cant relate, i mean my leather looked dry) to looking fresh like it has just be dyed.
