This was by far one of the best experiences I've had with a repair. I fought tooth and nail with Progressive trying to total our vehicle. Dentpro was amazing and was the only shop I found that would work with me. The front desk representative that helped me set up the appointment, Amanda, was super sweet and accommodating. It was fixed quicker than we anticipated and they were great with updating where we were in the process. The owners are so nice, Anna is an absolute gem. Highly recommend going here for car repairs. I will definitely be going back for any future repairs!!!

Recently had Dent Pro Mobile come out to remove several dents from my vehicle. Mike arrived, I pointed out the dents I needed removed. I advised him I attempted to remove some of the dents but, was unsuccessful. There was 2 dents he said off the bat he could not removed based on the location of dents and that the area of the dent had prior body work. He then initially quoted over $900 to repair 7 small dents. One on the drivers door, 4 on the passengers side door and 2 on the rear hatch. Then he offered a discount and lowered the price to $630. Even with the discount I felt it was a bit overpriced however he stated he has been removing dents for 30 years and so on. So I felt I was going to receive outstanding work for the price. He proceeded to preform the dent removal. I timed the work on my phone, 40 min later he contacted me and said he was done. I thought to myself, Hmm that was quick. I figured this would take at least a few hours based on the $630 quote. I came out to inspect the repairs and right away I could see on the passenger side door just below the beltline that one of the dents was still obvious. The dent was lessened but, still very noticeable. (This was one of the dents I tried to remove myself , where I was unsuccessful.) I pointed this out to him and Mike brushed it off, as though since I had attempted to remove it myself first, that was the best that could be done with that dent. Then he pointed out how he buffed the area on the hatch where one of dents was and how smooth the paint felt. Long story short I paid Mike and after a brief chat unrelated to his workmanship he left. I was not happy with the repairs. I went on yelp and found another dent removal company ( see my next review for who I used.) The next company came out, I advised the next dent removal service that I had someone who came out earlier in the day to remove dents and pointed out the dent that I could still see. I asked he could remove dent fully, he said YES he could! He spent about 1 hour working on that one dent on the passenger side below the belt line. He called my to said he finished, I came out right away to inspect and WOW! that dent was 100% fully removed as promised. Now that is what I call a job well done! He was also very fair with the price (based on the time he spent just on that one dent.) I contacted Mike and advised him I had another company cone out to fully remove the dent he said to me was the best that could be done. I showed Mike the photos and invoice and at least he refunded me the difference. Note: the next day after giving my car a good bath and polish I can still faintly see 2 dents that Mike attempted to remove. One on the driver side belt line and one on the passenger side belt line. I faint ripple that you can see when looking at it at certain angles. I would of had the other dent removal services remove them that same day that he came out to remove the dent that Mike was unsuccessful in removing however, I only noticed them after I gave my care a good cleaning and I'm sure I would have a hard time resolving those other issues with Dent Pro Mobile. In closing, Dent Pro Mobile was overpriced, the workmanship was unsatisfactory and I would not recommend them to anyone. (I only wrote this review because other people should know there are other company's out there willing to do the repair right the first time with much better rates) I mean $630 for 40 min of work and the results not being outstanding is just a rip off. In all honesty the work Mike performed was worth $300 at best. and that's being honest. I hope this helps someone in making the right decision on who too use and not use for your mobile dent removal services.

My car had a pretty deep dent from a golf ball. I emailed DentPro and Mike was here within the hour to look at the damage and stated he wasn't sure if he'd be able to fix it, but would try. He came by the next day to work on my rent and you cannot even tell that my car had damage. I'm blown away with how good it looks.

Mike did an amazing job on my RX 350. Several door dings and a stubborn fender dent. Fair price and he came to my work location to do the job. I will be using DentPro for all of my dent extraction needs moving forward! Will definitely be recommending to my friends and family. Very happy with the entire experience!!

I managed to put two pretty deep dents in the trunk lid on my BMW. I shudder to think what this repair would have cost at the dealer! I contacted DentPro and Joe gave me a call back right away. I sent pictures, he provided a quote and we scheduled a time that worked for my schedule. He arrived as promised and did an amazing job - the trunk looks spectacular. The estimate was spot on as well. Highly recommend!!

I don’t usually write reviews for anything but Mike deserves it. Shows up not just on time but EARLY. Does a job so solid I can’t even see where the dent was unless I look super damn closely. Had a couple door dings on my Audi A5 and figured I'd get a few quotes from different shops. Joe Hampton from DentPro responded right away with an estimate range which was in line with other shops nearby. He managed to work with my schedule and came in the same day on such short notice... (even with his extremely busy schedule). I was blown away with his attention to detail. I've had other guys work on door dings for me before, but Joe really took the time to get it done right, like it was his own car. The final bill was even on the lower end of the price range he originally quoted. Joe Hampton from DentPro is my guy going forward!

Mike DentPro has been a hero to get dents out of my car and has always been helpful and nice to me. Whenever you need to get any dings or dents out of your car you should always go to this man here, his services are quick and well worth it. Mel's dent pro located in East Bay is without a doubt the best professional dent repairer I've come across..he arrived on time .. provided an appraisal but due to my finances couldn't afford all the work that was required at that time..the necessary work was done however and further cosmetics repair will be done in the near future. His repairs were excellent and met all expectations..I recommend him highly
