Hella Rude staff starting with all the Nurse After that the dieticians they're worthless they don't want to work with you ask for the director they will eventually replace them they're replaceable I've learned one no one in dialysis is your friend not even doctors or nurses their job is stick the needle pull it out send you home and see you the next day also the facility is filthy and dirty the bathroom smell like San Francisco public bathrooms pronombre en inglés pudding with built in Nineteen eighteen divided I find it very rude when all the technician speak Tagalog

I'm a patient here at the concord davita clinic. Other than the fact that all the employees are obviously vampires and are stealing my blood, cuz it's a rare delicacy to them (I'm a ginger) and it's used in many works of blood and dark magic,not to mention gypsy curses, I don't really mind. They treat me well and all totally know what they are doing. Kidney dialysis is very very complex so it's nice to have a team of people to answer my questions (unless it's about vampires, they stay tight lipped about that.) And to help me out when I start feeling really bad.

Worst restaurant ever! It's a strange place...there are like 9 people that work here all named "catheter" which is weird. The kidney dialysis is great tho! The employees can get a little demanding, like always telling me to "please dont touch that" and "Corey stop, you are not supposed to eat that!" And my favorite "you can't come in if your not wearing pants mr Arnold". I know they got some gypsy fortune teller hidden in the back, and I keep asking them to tell me who's gonna win the next super bowl, or when the space Jews are gonna invade earth, but they keep telling me they don't have any gypsy's anywhere on site and that space Jews don't exist. They can't fool me. One day I will get them to let me see the menu and order some food, but until then I'll keep coming for the excellent kidney dialysis, and cuz one of the "Catheters" owes me about tree-fiddy (3.50$)

horrible horrible horrible I was told not to come in on Tuesday because there is some paperwork missing from my transfer from a previous davita dialysis location. I heard nothing so I continued on my schedule for the following dialysis day upon showing up I was refused service. it was unclear why after going on the phone with lee. finally after a verbal contest! it turned out they failed to inform us that I needed a hep2 and a Covid test but no one ever told us that! they just left us hanging for for three days! how come nothing was ever said to us? why didn't they tell us and they just said sorry no can-do! now they want us to go to the emergency room to get dialysis a hepatitis test and a Covid test!!!!? Gee I hate to break it to you but we're not rich I can't afford all that and why was this not told to us last week?! And why did they not do the hepatitis test And the covid test at their other location? before transferring? they were informed of the transfer and knew it was coming up! and how are we supposed to get a Covid test at their location if they won't let us there because we don't have a covid test? it makes no sense! this place is ridiculous! very poor communication and very rude to leaving us in the lobby for three hours and refusing service even though we've been going here all year!

This place always runs late, sometimes up to an hour. Techs do not as fit patient with folding blankets gathering personal items etc. wheelchair patients sit and wait and wait and wait for someone to get chair/help transfer. Also lobby and bathroom smell strongly of urine
