Had a bad experience. Brought my car in for an oil change and was told my front brake pads need to be replaced and the cost will be around $1,100. Okay fair enough. Luckily I got a second opinion and was told I still have 10,000 miles left until the pads need replacing, and the cost would be around $600. Talk about stressful! Behind the all the marketing is a company that over charges.

I have been looking for a conscientious, reasonably priced mechanic since Cunninghams in Los Gatos retired and closed their shop several years ago. This is the fourth local shop that I have been to since then.
I got an oil-change coupon in the mail for Stress Free and decided to give them a try. I am pleased with my first visit. They did the oil change and then checked the car for any other problems and emailed me a report. The report contained photos of the things that they thought needed addressing including of my worn control arm bushings. The technician was patient in answering my questions and explaining what needed to be done. I told them to go ahead and replace the control arms. Their pricing was consistent with what a Google search indicated that the repair should cost.

These guys rock! I brought my car here as my AC wasn't blowing cold. Huge problem living in Concord during the summer. I bought my car initially to a neighborhood service center, they charge me to flush the freon, but didn't investigate the issue. A hose was leaking, so in a couple of days, it was blowing warm again. I brought my car to Stress-Free Auto Care, as I have a good friend whose one of their district managers. They took great care of me! The diagnosed the problem within a day and I rolled out with my AC working...thanks guys.

The people here are kind and the technicians do a great job. They were able to fix the AC in my LX470 and it blows ice cold. I really like the complimentary digital inspection they provided. It was very thorough with pictures to show things that needed to be addressed and things that were in good order. I was very impressed with this place and highly recommend for anyone who needs AC repair.

I scheduled in advance, stress-free staff are professional and caring, they checked my car in on time and they finished inspection and proper care my car needed on time, they have curtsy shuttle to drop off that is plus service. I am really appreciate their honesty and their services provided.
