Went into the location and there was an entire section where someone had labeled it with the wrong sales tags. I brought it to the attention of the employee not even asking her to honor the pricing but to let her know an employe should take down the 10 plus sales tags that are wrong. The employee quickly escalated the problem by telling me it’s completely ok to post incorrect sales tags and it’s the customers responsibility to read the fine print and realize the tags are wrong. I again told her I’m not asking you to honor this but to have someone take the sales tags down and at which point she raised her voice and said that’s not the employees responsibility and it is perfectly fine to miss lead the customer. Finally I just had to walk out. Apparently CVS believes in being deceitful in order to sway clients. If it had even just been one or 2 tags I could see how this could happen, but there were well over 10 tags.

I visited the store today I am from out of town, and I was very disturbed by the way the staff there and followed these students almost to the point of harassment. If I was a parent of one of those children, I would be livid I would Never give them my business!!! I do understand teenagers can be thieves however, to the point of them being harassed and followed the way they were. I am not OK with seeing this and it is totally unacceptable for anyone to be treated that way. !!

Me and my sibling were accused of stealing. Or they were taking things. The woman in front didn't specify. I was looking for vampire fangs and looking at things and singing to a song that was playing over the intercoms. Then the women came outside after we left and said we couldn't come back in. Then we came back again with our parents. And the women stopped us, saying we couldn't come in. mind you. I don't carry a bag, and my sibling had no pockets to carry anything in. It's just lousy customer service, and my sibling is a little shaken up. It was just plain rude. I did have to drag my parent out of there because the women kept accusing me and my sibling. Saying she was going to call security. My parent is still upset--just a bad environment. The store did have a good selection of face masks. I'm happy this CVS isn't one I frequent.

poor quality, one person in front working cash register, nobody at the photo area, ice cream section had soupy ice cream, no receipt given to me at self serve cashier, high prices on candy-sign said one price and I was charged another.

The pharmacy always offers great service and I love that it has a drive through for times when I do not feel like getting out of the car. The staff is always friendly and they take their time to make sure I understand how to take the prescription.

This CVS on Ygnacio Valley Rd. Is clean, organized & fully stocked on items I needed. I will shop at this store from here on. Team member Kristin was very perfessional, greeted us & wished us to have a great evening. This will be my go to CVS store now. Driving that extra 7 miles is ok. Thank you for the great service & it was my first time here.

I go to the pharmacy. Every time I go there is some sort of problem. I get a text saying my meds are ready, low and behold they are not. Most of the ladies there hate their jobs. The manager is down out rude. Save your time and go else where.

The lines moved fast and the shelves were actually fully stocked. I hate going to a store and seeing bare or barely filled shelves. Also I liked that I was greeted when I came in and then left alone and not harassed by employees asking me if I need help every 5 seconds. I'll be back for sure!
