Kevin , the pharmacist filling in today denied us our medication when we were told it would be ready at 11 AM, showed up at 7 PM one hour before they closed and they would still not fill it. He had some personal issue with my wife and use that to not fill the medication. It was extremely unprofessional.

After a very unpleasant experience a number of months ago with a rude manager, I have not returned until today for an urgent need. A staff member gladly helped us locate a hard-to-find item, retrieved another item from back-room inventory, and provided helpful product information. Today, at least, the store seemed transformed.

This is the worst place to go! The staff is awful, rude, condescending, and you can just tell that they don't want to be there. The pharmacy is the worst! I am not stupid, don't speak to me as if I am! I will never use the CVS on Treat Blvd again!!! I don't care how convenient from my house it is.

From the second I walked into the store I didn’t feel comfortable. I am 20 years old but because I’m petite many assume I’m younger and around 15. I normally go to another CVS but that one didn’t have what I needed so I drove to another one. From the moment I walked in an older lady that worked there started to follow me around the store. When I found what I needed it was in a case, I kindly asked her if she could open it for me and immediately after opening it she look me to self check out, I was hoping to take a look at the product because I had never used it before (pimple patches) but wasn’t able to. After going to self check out she stood next to me and watched me pay. I understand many teenagers steal however just because I look like one doesn’t mean I am one. At this day and age sex trafficking is a very real thing and is becoming more and more common so I am always around of the people around me and to be followed around cvs just for some pimple patches did not make me feel safe at all. I will not be coming back to this cvs.

On Friday, 4/12/24, around 5pm, I went to the CVS Pharmacy located at 4424 Treat Blvd in Concord and was very disappointed in the LACK of service I received. I had searched the store pharmacy area looking for disposable exam gloves and even checked Isle 19 twice but could not locate gloves. Went up to the pharmacy counter to ask for assistance twice and the first time was advised to check Isle 19, went back and several of the pharmacy staff appeared busy and advised that they did not know if they had any. It felt dismissive with regard to service. In my opinion, the store should have exam gloves since it is a pharmacy! Went to another pharmacy.

they promised to page me in ten minutes. i waited in the store for 30 mins. i didn’t receive the text that my prescription was ready until i exited the store after giving up. i hate this place. i wish they wouldn’t lie and waste my time. they should give you an honest answer.

I was here last week they open 10 am the pharmacy I always get my medicine here refill etc I always patient I do understand there busy but that day I came omg no want to help me I was the first in line on the drop off they don't have customer they head is all down they don't want to look if they have customer or say something I be right with you want ever right for them I'm getting pay by hour either I help or not I'm on the clock that the way I see it your just a customer don't tell me that I did not see you really do I look like 2 years old I'm 5 ft I could see you ...finally after 6mins suddenly someone say I be right with you ....so want I did oh you finally see me standing here for 6 mins I want away and I told my self this is the last time I'm coming to this pharmacy there's Walgreens and Safeway I will change my pharmacy they don't like my business it's ok I don't want them too...

This CVS store makes you go check out through self check out which is very annoying because usually there will always be something happening under control like a miss scan or a side of putting the item that was scammed they make you feel like that you’re stealing afterwards by the checker, which is very pathetic And having a store Purchase, I explicitly told her the checker that this would not be happening. If there was a cashier, I will not come back here again awful awful awful!!!

This store pushes you to check out via self check out even if there is a cashier and with this all things wrong can happen and they make you feel like you're stealing like putting at the wrong side of the check out area your item or when then there was a miss scan in the purchase again the sensor would complain. I explicitly told the checker that this would not be happening if there was a cashier and WE SHOULD NOT BE DOING THEIR JOB! I do not like it when they make you feel like you're stealing when your intent is to leave as quickly as possible because it is raining and the weather is gloomy, and it is downright terrible to have this kind of experience, dreadful! Go find a better place to purchase your needs their checkers have ZERO customer centric orientation. Poor customer service and zero service with a smile.

This is my go to CVS. Always clean and tidy. Is open late(12am) Shelves are always stocked and I am able to get what I need. Employees are nice and always helpful.

I cannot say enough on how wonderful the pharmacy staff is. They always go out of their way to help me, especially most recently with an out of stock medication. They patiently listened to my problems and came up with a solution. My thanks to you all. Alicia

This is a large store with more items than other smaller stores nearby. The staff was so friendly they were greeting every customer as they walked in.

visited this CVS pharmacy today as I do shop here periodically. There were two new ladies working who I had never seen before, both seemed like managers. Both of the checkstand's were closed and they were directing everyone to the self check out. Several people left the store because of it and when I asked if they were closing the checkout lanes, she did not even look at me and very condescending said no. Of course, when my items did not scan, she had to say three separate times. " Oh, it's only popcorn. This never happens." They were continually using almost scripted, kind verbiage, but never looking anyone in the eye, almost like they were trying to make everything look perfect when in reality, they were changing everything in that store by not allowing the checkstand to be open. I thought it was just me, but when I saw people leaving, I realized something was wrong here. I will try them one more time hoping that check stands will be open as they should be.I thought it was just me, but when I saw people leaving, I realized something was wrong here. I forget the guy that is the pharmacy tech. But he is always super helpful. I come here all the time. He is on it. Today the young lady said my real name how it is supposed be pernounced. Just nice to see very professional crew. They have been busy last handful of times I've been here, the pharmacists, pharmacy techs do not get enough credit. They do not have easy jobs. Have to deal with the public that is impatient. Insurance Co. Ext. Again you guys are good at what you do.
