Customer service is extremely lacking. It was 1:32 when I got in line to pickup antibiotics and pain medication for a dental issue. Three people up front handling the only customer in front of me couldn't assist me because they ALL go to lunch at 1:30 like its 1956. Told me to come back at 2. I'm guessing they've never even heard the word Empathy let alone practiced it. Don't bother with this pharmacy. Safeway on Willow Pass Rd offers a discount for new prescription customers.

this pharmacy has messed up several prescriptions, the response was " if that's how the doctor ordered it " I asked if common sense is allowed his response was "I fill how the doctor orders it" . also sent my daughter to pick up rx because I could not go in d/t COVID. they sent her back with 2 prescriptions that have been archived and not filled for several months. I guess they are into making money , now the meds go in garbage and the tech had no problem telling me "oh well" will switch to another pharmacy which is disappointing since I've been using them for as long as they have been here. This is for the CVS on Treat/Clayton in concord.

What a horrible Customer service this place hace !! To the pharmacist rude lady I just spoke on the phone ! Yo do not have customer service skills and should find another job !!! If I'm calling on the status I g a prescription you don't have to be that rude and hang up the phone! This is the third time I get my prescription sent to this place and is always the same situation! I'm Taking my business somewhere else !!

Huge store compared to others I've visited around east bay. Very quick and quietly enjoyable in here as they're few shoppers during rush hours and also little staff so just know that you can keep piece of mind with out having store clerk following you around, making you feel closed in on, and never bothered by asking if you need assistance too many times. :)

CVS overall is the worst pharmacy in customer service. I’ve been going to them for years and as of today this will change. Regardless of the medication, people cannot go without. If they are out of stock it’s our fault as the patients. They don’t care, they don’t want to help. If a doctor prescribes the medication, it is CVSs job is to fill or refill as indicated. Without judgement!! And that’s all this store does is judge. It’s humiliating and extremely disrespectful and embarrassing. I truly hope these people who are employed at CVS never have to depend on medication to survive and/or constantly worry for their health. To put out mental health, our heart health or medicines to stay alive in the hands of a company who do not care or have the ability to stock accordingly should be ashamed. At least have a system in place to alert patients their meds will be delayed. They’ve lost a customer, but they won’t care. One last person they have to deal with.

I'm done with CVS. I've been in here a few times recently. My daughter and I went here and we were falsely accused of stealing. After that negative experience, I still went back to have some film developed from a disposable camera. We went back to ask if our film had been developed, since we never received a call about it like we were supposed to. They asked us for the tracking number on it, which we gave them, and they told us they have no record of it anywhere and they don't have it. I was given no refund for the disposable camera that I bought either. Their prices are high and they only have one employee at the checkout. I won't be back.

I go to this CVS branch all the time. the pharmacist and staff members ae great. they are very helpful and clear to meet my need. I been going there for 18 years when it was was a former long's drug store. I will always keep going there. I always go there to pick up my prescription.

No wonder they have 3 stars im a young black African American male and they refuse to give me my medication and said go back to where I use to go get my medication but I moved to concord RECENTLY AND MY DOCTOR FILLED MY MEDICATION AT THE CLOSEST STORE TO ME I SAY THIS TO SAY THAT IS VERY UNFAIRLY AND I NEVER EVER WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYBODY ELSE THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY MEDICATION AND NOBODY SHOULD WENT THRU WHAT I WENT THRU AT ALL ESPECIALLY SOMEBODY THAT SUFFERS FROM ARTHRITIS AND TORN acl we need somebody to start holding these pharmacies accountable for their actions !!!!!

Bright airy store.Difficult to find staff for assistance.Fully stocked shelves.Pharmacy is busy, 3 to 5 min wait per person in line. Typically 2 or so folks in line.
