I want to give a shout out to Cynthia for her extraordinary dedication to her work! January 6th, I walked into the store, to take a number in line. The line was out the door, and of course I was in a rush to attend a class. I asked the customers in front of me to hold my place in line, and shopped Nextdoor. When I came back, I was next in line. Cynthia is an amazingly patient employee with incredible ability to multi-task. She was all alone working the crowd. Once I reached my place at the counter, she happily worked on my phone along with TWO other phones simultaneously. Cynthia goes above and beyond her responsibilities. Your company is blessed to have such a hard working girl! Give this girl a raise. Best of all, I wasn't late for the class I needed to attend across town. I'm so grateful for her diligence.

The team here including leader Carolina has the worst customer service. Try another cricket store the staff here simply doesn’t want to help you. They act like they are forced to work there.

Jay was helpful. Calm and professional. Just got a new iPhone so he helped me get everything set up and go sim less with my new iPhone so it would be easier. Also fixed my data speed.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. And their customer service phone line is no better. I went down on the 21st of December to cancel my service due to my displeasure with their overall service and lack thereof customer service. The idiots in the brick and mortar store did not process my request so I was charged for another month's service. When I called the customer service line to have this issue fixed, not only did they not offered to give me my money back, but actually tried to get me to continue service, after I explained to them the situation that I am in and the reasons for me wanting to cancel my service in the first place. At the end of the day I ended up paying for 30 days of service that I can't use. And I've had to deal with rude obnoxious workers for the past seven months. Do not get service with Cricket plain and simple.

My husband and I went to Concord store on Monument Blvd yesterday.We waited and employees were busy, then came this young and energetic lady with a big smile to ask if we needed help. This young lady Cynthia who is the Area District Manager, she was fantastic, helpful and very pleasant and eager to help. We were very happy leaving the store with confidence, She helped my husband to reset his iphone and answered all our questions. She was great and very pleasant and knows everything inside out. Best service ever.

i have been using a cricket phone for the last 4 yrs. i'm 81, not tech savvy and get stuck trying to figure things outi have gone into the store many times needing help and ALWAYS get unhurried, competent service with a smile. i can't say enuf about their customer service...it's right up there with trader joes and that's saying a LOT....;-)

Don’t buy Cricket service!Their website didn't work, their APP was broken and I couldn't contact the customer service. I wanted to cancel my mobile phone plan and went to the store several times. The clerk knew that I cancelled the service, they explained that they couldn't help, they didn't have the service and asked me to make the call myself. But I couldn't get through, so I thought the company was going bankrupt. Don't buy this company's service, it's terrible! The store clerks are rude and mean!

Fast and flexible with reasonable sales associate flexibility. Was able to purchase a unlimited plan with cash on hand and satisfied with dependable access to competitive selection of Nokia Android's which I haven't seen before.Happy with my choices and options.

My experience was like watching a Cricket Wireless commercial on tv. The Cricket store I went to is located in Sun Valley Mall. From where I parked I had to walk by T-Mobile and Verizon. Both of those stores had a lot of customers and looked hectic. I was in a hurry so I was glad that I did not have to go there.When I walked into Cricket it almost felt refreshing because I was able to walk straight up to the counter for service. The Cricket employee's name is Ismail. Ismail was very helpful, gave good advice so I knew which phone best suited my needs. I thanked him because he really looked out for my best interest. He could have taken advantage if he wanted to but didn't. Great customer service, I'm staying with Cricket.

They were good people , didn't get the guys name but he had a beard and was really helpful with my auntie said reminds him of his mom ... I appreciate it my auntie needed the upgrade bad hahaha

Worst services ever don’t wast your time with this unprofessional people. I switched from t mobile to the cricket at this place the teenager he sold the phone to me was unprofessional and told me lie that the phone will automatically will unlock after six month, I used it more than six month but not unlocked I called to the cricket support they not respond either and said it’s not our fault it’s store fault I come back to the store the liar retailers said I explained to you that didn’t so please be careful
