Initially I was very unhappy because of the cost of the repair. I told them I didn’t have that much and they reviewed the repair and determined my hoses were fine, just a little old. That brought it down about 300.00. I pulled the money together and let them proceed.
I was out of a car for a week, not happy about that. But that’s where my experience changed. When I finally got my car back, not only did they fix the power steering problem, but they determined that my last mechanic failed to bleed the air out when they removed power steering to get to my a/c pump. That’s what caused it to fail. After that repair, I also had a nightmare of electrical problems. Transmission light, engine light, brake light…though the car was fine.
You guys put the car back together correctly, fixing all of the electrical issues caused by the last repair. The car runs like when I first bought it. The last mechanic told me I should just trash my car and get a new one. You guys reminded me why I bought it in the first place. It’s running like a dream. No weird electrical stuff, no dash lights, and I can steer with one finger, no power steering whine.
It was stressful getting it fixed, and very expensive, but in retrospect, the quality of the repair made it all worth it. On that basis alone, I will be back. Eventually. Hopefully MUCH later.

Really close to 5!!! Had 2 followups that popped up and the shop isn't open on weekends. But a great staff, the system they use for estimates and payments is GREAT! Their work is solid, this is my third visit for significant work on my 09 Altima. Will absolutely be back.

Really great experience! I first went to CC auto service when my car had a service engine light, they were very thorough with the assessment, walked me through everything and broke down the estimate. I went with a partial work order, expecting that I may continue having issues in the future. When that happened, I immediately made an appointment again and had another amazing experience. They fixed pretty much whatever was remaining and my car runs very smooth now! My 'go to' shop, for sure!
