Total bait and switch guys. Went there for a 2022 Camry for $25.9k. I took it for a test drive. Only to be told that the Camry was being transferred to a sister dealership, but a brand new more expensive one was available. No way! Dirty!

I purchased a used vehicle here and although it wasn't a Toyota, the sales person didn't know anything about the car, not r did he bother to ask another employee about it. Tsk, tsk ... horrible, horrible customer service! I would never recommend this dealership!

I rarely post bad review as a small business owner as I understand the effect. I would side on giving Grace but my experience from this location is beyond terrible. We go to the dealership as they are an expert for said vehicle. I don't expect a service in a silver platter but at least be friendly. I was treated as a revenue and a hostage after 5 hours of miscommunication. Note to management, you may have a culture issue on this location. The only decent human being I met was the guy Chris from parts. The supervisors and service personnel have a demeanor that they do not want to be there. Its pretty disappointing. I would stay away frkm this location

I saw so many bad reviews I was a little worried about selling my car to them. Ramin from the dealership communicated with me via SMS which I preferred. Since I had other dealerships lined up so i figured I give Ramin a chance. The offer Ramin made me was fair and respectful. I could go around and haggle a few hundred dollars but I'm at the age that my time is money. I know the dealership needs to make money from my car to stay in business. All i wanted was a fair market value and no headache transaction. Ramin delivered! I think if you're reasonable with your expectations, you will be treated respectfully by the people at this dealership. Additionally, you are supporting a local business.

I brought my car for regular oil change. The guy insisted that my tires need to be replaced at their dealership. I told him that I will replace at Costco in a few days, and they still insisted that I have to replace the tires before they can perform the oil change. It is a rip off to replace tires at the dealership.Since it was still under 30K miles and the oil change was covered at no cost, I had to make another trip after replacing tires at Costco.

I recently bought my first Toyota and it’s a New Grand Highlander Limited AWD. It’s awesome and so far no issues. It was an amazing experience at Concord Toyota with Sienna and all the people who worked with me on this amazing purchase. Thank you so much!!!

I have a 30 year old Toyota pickup. It stopped being able to shift gears while I was in Concord. After watching a Youtube video, I limped to Concord Toyota where Todd Nankiell was able to work on my very old vehicle. He was super helpful, communicative, and kind and 2 hours later I was back on the road. Thanks so much, Concord Toyota. Especially Todd for still being willing to work on these oldies!

as a sales person myself it’s rare to click with a rep that helps you purchase a new car to your expectation level. Crystal exceeded my expectations. from finding me the perfect truck, to getting me the lowest interest rate available… I left the dealership feeling completely satisfied and excited about my new purchase. The peeps at Concord toyota are rad and if you go there, ask for Crystal!

This review is based on my experience reserving a car and discussing trade-in value and I plan to update my rating once I finalize a purchase with this dealership.As with many dealerships, there is a markup on most of the vehicles. I understand why this is the case and I'm giving them 5 stars nonetheless because the sales associate, Sam, was honest about the circumstances and not defensive. Perhaps when the time comes to finalize the purchase, the markup can be negotiated a bit if I opt to finance with the dealership. I'd be more than happy to agree to a higher APR loan if the markup can be reduced so that we can avoid excessive sales tax (10% of a $10k markup is another $1000 in taxes that feels totally unnecessary). Seems like a shame for sales tax to apply to the markup component of the final price and I think there's gotta be a way for Concord Toyota to increase their return on a sale this way as well.In any case, Concord Toyota has been straightforward and considerate. The remote sales representative, Hadi, was particularly responsive and checked in frequently. He was mindful and remembered the details of my particular request which made initial discussions efficient and pleasant.The used car representative, Ramin, was also very friendly and gave me a great offer on my used car, higher than what other dealerships offered. He also explained in fair terms what the buyer/seller landscape for used cars looked like at the time and made sure not to be overbearing in pushing his offer and in his negotiations.I look forward to finishing or updating this review once the car I've reserved is delivered in October, but thank you for now, no complaints here.

I had the pleasure working with Crystal at Concord Toyota. I had the intention of buying a 2022 Highlander before visiting, and she was very transparent during the entire process and also made my family and I feel very comfortable. The entire process was also very quick and seamless. Would definitely come back to buy another car here.

Just bought earlier today new Corolla LE model.Many thanks to the whole team like Joe and bigike in light of the experience. Fair price although you always want a lower price....Pay attention to all the potential issues like "markup" due to low availability. Note that it takes roughly 40 minutes to fill all the papers with their nice accountant.

Dre is the best sale rep I have ever worked with and i have bought a lot of cars in my life. My appointment was 15 minutes before close, and he was so patient and helpful. He even detailed my car because the detail guys had gone home after close. Can't say enough about him.

Here is my car purchase dramatic story end on 07/20/2023.We been last almost three months with car rental because of car accident & our car takes longer to fix. Plus the rental car was requested to return .Then we decided to purchase another car instead of looking rental car and went this location by confirmed availability of new car by phone. When we arrived the dealer (ED) showed us available new and used cars. But we wanted new Toyota Rav4 hybrid lunar rock but he said the car is already reserved for another customer. Then we tried look in the parking lot and we were not interested to purchase what we seen cars and we decided to come back to home.Then the dealer said wait me let me talk to my manager. After discussion the dealer call us and showed us three the same cars in computer and he will bring the same car with in an hour near by.Then he said the car price is $36,xxx plus dealers adjustment $3000= $39,xxx plus tax out door price $43,xxx .We agreed and he start running our credit and we qualified. After waiting few minutes that the dealer discussed with his manager bring paperwork and showed us optional extended warranty, gab insurance……… then the car price went to $50,xxx. And we said we don’t need all optional prices.Then after dealer and his manager discussion & long waiting the car, the dealer and his manager told us “we have no available car for this color “.

I had a wonderful, low pressure experience shopping at Concord Toyota as well as purchasing a new Tacoma. The sales representative that met me, DJ, was not trying to hard sell me and approached the process in a professional, informed, and friendly manner. I highly recommend visiting this dealership if you are in the market for a Toyota vehicle.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had looking for a car, and that says a lot. I had reserved to look at a new Toyota Camry after finding out that this dealership had it in stock after not having luck for weeks. My wife and I took time off work to TRAVEL to concord to look at this car, receiving texts that we had a reserved appointment to look at it. We were even asked for confirmation as we were driving (which I responded to) and received paperwork regarding the car. Upon arriving, we met a sales associate that we had not talked to yet (the two we had recently spoke with said they’d be there, but they weren’t). We arrived 20 minutes early to find out that they were in the process of selling the car to another person??? Without notifying us. They then made us wait one hour as they showed the car to the other individuals, and we thought that everything would be made right. BUT, all we got was the associate coming out and telling us that the individuals were going to buy the car, making this entire thing worthless. Insanely disappointing.IF I COULD GIVE THIS 0 stars, I would. Never coming back here.- the person looking at the Toyota Camry XSE July 10th with the 6:00 “appointment”
