Sergio is my service advisor. He is very intelligent and is great at his job. I would recommend Concord Nissan to anyone I've taken my truck in there three times and all three times. They did a good job and got it out as soon as possible. Thanks to the team. Great job!

I just helped my elderly mother in law buy a new car from these guys. Fisel, the sales guy was super helpful and patient with the process, highly suggest him. The finance guy (I forget his name) was straightforward, full of great help and info, and non aggressive as well. Great experience!

Prices very high but most importantly, they manufacture expensive non existent issues that must be "urgently" fixed. Other mechanics later confirmed that alleged proposed required repair isn't needed. No matter how good an auto service is, if i cannot trust it, i will never use it. If they manufacture un necessary work, not sure if i can trust work quality either.

I've had a lot of experience with different carmaker's service departments the past decade. Changing cars every year or every other year. I finally settled down with my current Nissan van, and since buying it a year and a half ago, I've had my van oil changes at Concord Nissan. Every time I have worked with Walter and he is very down to earth and good to work with. I always schedule my oil change prior to coming and the oil change, multi-point inspection and car wash is finished in under an hour. Prices are the going rate and even better when there is a service coupon available. Overall I have been happy with the regular oil changes and customer service provided.

I went for an oil change. The staff is nice (which is why I gave 2 stars) but I wish I read the one star reviews before visiting. I'm fairly new to the area, and since I always took my car to my previous local Nissan dealer, it made sense to do it here. The staff is friendly and they greet you when you arrive. The waiting area is small and kind of tight. Although I appreciate the politeness of everyone and their flexibility in allowing me to reschedule, my overall experience was not a good one. During the check in process, the guy asked if I wanted to have them replace the brake fluid. They hadn't really looked at the car except to read the odometer and stuff, but I said sure thinking it was needed. It actually wasn't. I just had my brake fluid refilled in November (about 7 weeks ago), so when I saw the invoice notes that said brake fluid level okay at max, I felt like I was scammed out of $215. It also said they checked tire pressure and set it to the recommended psi. Although there's no fee for that service, it should be noted that it wasn't done. I recently added air to my tires and they were exactly the same after the service. It also says they rotated the tires (which is part of the oil change cost) but it looks like they didn't. I was hoping to use this place for all my car maintenance needs but considering I still don't know what I paid for or what was done, I wouldn't recommend. On a brighter note, I was able to get my oil change (I hope). It was $129.95 which is high, but so is inflation so I don't hold that against them. I just wish there was more transparency because I don't think they provided all of the services listed on the invoice.

This review is actually directed towards Infiniti service department. My former Infiniti of Marin had closed and I had to find a new place to take my vehicle to get service. I called and realized that my former favorite service was now working there. Her name is Leslie Weld and she the BEST at what she does ! Leslie is very familiar with Infiniti and someone I definitely trust with my vehicle. I had to get my engine filter replaced and once I arrived my car was quickly serviced and I got to catch up with Leslie. I'm so glad that I now can take my car to get serviced with no worries and it's close to my home.

Nissan was not really on my list of cars I was considering. It wasn't very reassuring that so many of the cars I looked at online had high mileage and were expensive. I went to a couple of dealerships and no one even bothered to come out and talk to me. Last time I bought a car I was able to haggle with the salesperson. It seems those days are gone. So the only thing that a dealership needs to do is be pleasant and helpfulWhen the internet salesperson, Tristan, called me after I inquired about one car I decided to go and check out the cars on the lot here. He was very pleasant; I told him what I had for a down payment, and what I wanted the maximum monthly payment to be. He had a couple of cars to show me. I wasn't sure the car he thought would be ideal for me was what I wanted. I went home and came back two other times. On my 3rd visit, I purchased the car, It had very low mileage and a bunch of safety features. It doesn't have everything I wanted in another car but it has enough. I am so happy I came here the car is perfect for me.Now the question is will I use their service department? Maybe not, I have an amazing mechanic that has kept my cars in tip-top running for years.

If 4995$ premium on the Nissan Leaf is something you can digest you can buy here, this is setup by the GM. I had to walk away after 2 minutes or less into the dealership and it seems the general manager set the premium. So I ended up not buying a car. Did they treat me well -yes, Will I buy here in the future - No, Did the sales guy offer to escalate or let me talk to anybody - NoI have not bought a car in 4 years and the last 2 times it was for MSRP because that is how Tesla sells it. Maybe all dealerships are like this due to supply chain I don't know since I have not visited any.Update : the sales guy emailed me but still firm on premium of $5000 and wished me well. If the owner wanted to solve the problem he would have called me vs. the standard text out costs increased.

Just want to Give a shout out to the service department at Concord Nissan! My first visit was with Shawn in service. My second two were with Walter. Every time I go and bring my car in for service, they do an amazing job! They service everything I need, and do a point check of everything that I may need, and reply with efficiency and honesty! As you may know getting new rotors or machining your rotors when your brake pads have expired is a very expensive ordeal. Every time I come in they tell me how much brake shoe I have left and when it is recommended to change them to save me hundreds to thousands on the rotor situation. This time I brought my car in for a basic tire rotation and oil change, they found a nail in a tire in a spot that they could repair it, and did so free of charge. Just really great guys and I love having mechanics I can trust. I feel like I am in great hands, and my Rogue will last a lifetime. Thanks Fellas

I bought a 2018 Infiniti Q50 from this dealership last Friday. Saw the car on Car Gurus and gave them a call. Tristan handled everything and took care of all the hard stuff over the phone so pretty much all I had to do was show up, test drive the car and then sign a few documents with the finance guy. Tristan handled my trade-in with just some pictures and got me the amount I wanted for my car. He also worked with the banks and got me pretty close to the monthly payment I wanted, (I wanted $300 a month and he got it to $312).The finance guy of course tried to talk me into the extended warranty, which unfortunately I couldn't afford but at least he wasn't too pushy about it.Overall Concord Nissan seems like a pretty solid dealership.
