After visiting three other dealers and feeling like I had to go home and take a shower, Concord Mazda turned out to be a breath of fresh air. The negotiation was straightforward and they honored in writing what they said verbally. The finance guys did a nice job with outlining the additional services and while they closed on me it was not a brow beating. Zareh and Omid were both extremely professional and cooperative rather than antagonistic. All in all an excellent experience to a process that is usually far from fun.

I had a great experience with Daryon at the Concord Mazda. He was super quick to get back to me, and is very easy to work with even I change my mind halfway. He kept everything super transparent - He gave all information he has without any game or tricks (I especially hate dealers asking to just "beat whatever other gives" without giving anyting out, and he did nothing like that), and was especially transparent about the quotes. He was also super patient and helpful to both me and my friends throwing tons of questions and asks. Although we did not end up with Concord since we've got another dealer offering crazy discount, but you won't regret working with Daryon who is the most amazing person I've been contacting with, among the 10 dealerships around the Bay area!

I scheduled a service appointment and waited for 2.5 hours for my car's routine maintenance, only to be told at the end that I needed to reschedule my appointment to another date since the technician had gone back home, and they had not even started working on my car.Despite that they could have told me upfront that their service department was already at full capacity BEFORE I made my maintenance appointment, they kept accepting more service appointments than they could actually handle. Despite that at any time during my wait, they could have told me that their technician would be leaving soon, they let me sit through the entire duration of the service appointment and chose to leave me uninformed until the very end.Clearly, they thought my time was cheap enough so wasting it is not a big deal.After a long 2.5-hour wait for absolutely nothing, the staff at the dealership told me that they could help me schedule another appointment. It is laughable that they still believe I will give them a second chance after this incident which had significantly eroded my trust in them. Though I purchased my car from this dealership, and this is the closest dealership to my home, this experience is sufficient for me to stay away from them forever. I would rather go to a Mazda service center farther away than wasting my time here.

We recently purchased a Mazda CX90 PHEV from Mazda Concord.The whole experience was exceptional. From arranging to meet the representative, Robert, to being shown the car, test drive and then completing the transaction. The showroom is terrific as well.In a couple of hours we’d completed the transaction and drove away with a new car.Awesome job by Robert and everyone we met there.

I went to Concord Mazda to see the Mazda CX9 that I liked, Marie Ang made my experience pleasant and made buying a car a wonderful experience. She made me feel great about my purchase and not look back. She sent me a video about the car and followed up throughout the week. In the future I could see myself drive back(from San Jose) to Concord Mazda to buy again. I recommend her, really good positive vibes and person. Thanks!

My exceptional experience began with Millicas Ramos advisor. The team made it worry free and easy to service my car, file a claim which they did on my behalf,and explain the service process. I do appreciate the large, clean , comfortable and functional waiting area. Lovely for those of us who need to check email on computer or phone. Water and coffee available. I appreciate the video inspection and the car loaner. Thanks to all the excellent mechanics and experts who worked on my car. Completion time was beyond my expectations. Concord Mazda took care of me and now I am confident that I can continue great service from one Mazda Dealership in Maryland to Concord is the right decision. Next service... brakes in 6 months. With who? You guessed it Concord Mazda of course. Thanks again team!

Greg Kinney is a General Manager, and my experience working with him has been upfront swift and accountable. He gives you your trade in value and breaks it down with a printout of your potential new purchase. There's countless others that will hide behind their quotes or feel you around as to what or how much to really provide you... but with Concord, particularly Greg - he is straight forward, thorough, and doesn't give you the feeling that he's selling you anything. He's simply providing options and information and as a consumer, that's often forgotten.

I was very impressed and pleased with the sales support - we were not pressured, and Adrian made us feel at ease during an otherwise stressful process.

My experience with Concord Mazda was all good! From the beginning, I wanted to reserve a CX-90 to the configurations of my choice, and they made it easy for me to get my deposit in, and have my car ready when it matched. The turnaround time was what they told me, so the accuracy was pretty good. I just got my car a few days ago, and BJ was my sales associate who was a tremendous help in getting things done, from updating me about my car to getting everything in order during the sale. Anibal was also a very polite individual who helped us with the financing, and GM Greg Kinney was very helpful from the get go! I highly recommend this dealership, they are calm and easy going people who don’t push like the traditional car salesman!

Went in to look at a Mazda 3 with my daughter on Thursday. Jacklin assisted us, and took us out for a test drive. Returned on Saturday and Jackie handed us over to Adrian to answer questions, etc. We ended up buying the car. Both employees were pleasant, courteous and respectful to deal with. Most of us dread having to deal with high pressure car salesman, and this was never the case. The buying experience is what it should be when buying a new car- and Jackie and Adrian really deserve to be recognized for their professionalism.
