This place is so dishonest. After I purchased my vehicle in 2018, I also got with it the servie plan for the next 5 years, primarily oil changes and tire rotation. Most of the time the oil changes went smoothly, which was ok. But what got me thinking that this place wasn't honest was when they told me I needed brakes. I almost got them done, but not there. Shortly after I got a flat tire and needed a tire fixed so I took it down to Big O tires. They fixed my tire and I asked them to look at my brakes. I told them Mazda recently advised I get new brakes because they're getting very thin. Big O said my brakes are fine I do not need to get them done yet. That was one thing. Yesterday I called to mention that my trunk doesn't seem to be locking when I lock the doors to the vehicle. I said maybe something is wrong with the locking mechanism or something. And I asked how much to have it looked at and what parts may cost, and he said I don't know but it could cost up to 1,000 dollars. I was l ike yeah right I'm not paying that. I googled it. I didnt know that if you have your keys in your pocket at the time you're trying to unlock the trunk, the car knows that and unlocks it for you. I just thought it wasn't working. I left the keys in the house and went out and tried unlocking the trunk and it was locked. So why the heck didn't the service guy tell me that?? I'm sure he knows how these vehicles work, and I'm sure he owns a Mazda himself. What a scam. These guys just want your money and don't give a heck about customers. Never ever going back there. They're crooks.

My husband and I both bought our cars from Concord Mazda and do all of the maintenance of the cars there; the service advisors (especially Eric and Millie) are always super helpful, responsive, professional, and friendly. We feel that our cars are thoughtfully and consistently well-cared for at Concord Mazda. We appreciate the service videos, the outstanding customer service, and the care we have experienced at Concord Mazda. We are Concord Mazda customers for life!

We have had our car maintenance here before and they are usually great but when my husband called to get a quote for the brakes and rotors and they said it would be $480. When we got in for the service they then said it would be. $696. We advised them we called and got told a different amount. The employee proceeded to say that "that quote did not include labor". My husband said that he asked for parts and labor and that is what he was quoted. Again she stated " no...that is just parts." We think that when someone calls and ask how much to replace brakes and rotors we should be quoted correctly.

Erik Olson provided excellent customer service. He stated what needed to be done and the possible future services to look forward to. The technician provided a video of my vehicles inspection that was made. Never had that done at any dealership! 10/10! Would Recommend!

When my check engine light came back on again two days after repair, they stood by their work and gave it a more thorough look as a courtesy, setting me up with a loaner in the meantime. They charge dealership prices, but I couldn’t ask for better service.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My Mazda 6 turned 10 years old without requiring any repairs so I decide to splurge with a visit to the dealership. Eric Olson took good care of me in recommending service the dealership was well equipped to perform, and leaving the simple routine maintenance to me to keep costs down.I made myself comfortable in their vast waiting area and was soon presented with a video inspection of my car by the technician. Eric and I discussed needed service, no pressure, and agreed on a prudent work order. I was provided with a loaner vehicle free of charge and came back the next day with all the work done and now have a renewed sense of confidence in my Mazda's next 10 years. They weren't cheap, but did a prompt service had all the parts in stock, warranted the work for 12 months, and were professional and couteous. An overall pleasant experience.

I brought my vehicle in for service and was told it would take two hours maximum. I decided to wait at the dealership. My wife and I enjoyed a cup of complimentary coffee and the work was done within the hour! Great place to service your Mazda!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Personable, professional, and competent. The facility is top notch and their communication is excellent. They sent me a video of the multi-point inspection where the mechanic assigned to my car explained in detail everything that was looked at, and why would or woud not be recommended as a due service. Only one minor recommendation was made, which I could approve or decline online. Great experience.

I took my car in for regular service. I was informed it would take two hours or less so I elected to wait at the dealership/ service center. There was a comfortable waiting area with charging ports for phones and or lap tops. There was also free Peets coffee which you chose and brewed per cup. I received a text with a link to a video recording g of the inspection of my vehicle along with a status update. My vehicle was done well under the two hours promised. If you're looking to have your Mazda serviced, Concord Mazda is the place to go.

I brought my car in for a check engine light and it took a week for the problem to be diagnosed and fixed. No problem, I was given a loaner so I wasn't inconvenienced and the repair was covered under warranty. On the way home from Mazda. Literally right after picking my car up and driving home the service light comes on before I even get home. I was so upset I couldn't even call to discuss. I received a call a week later from the service advisor as I had not completed the review of the service. I informed him that my car now had a service light on. He was apologetic and advised me I could bring the car back in for the service. I wasn't able to get there right away because l, hello they had my car for 1 week and I have responsibilities! He said no problem, there is a buffer about 7k miles. I've since called and left messages asking to bring my car in with no response. I've texted on the number he provided no response. Pretty crappy customer service if you ask me. I bought my car here but I guess this dealership is not worried about return customers.

I serviced my Mazda for the first time at Concord Mazda and the service advisors were all very nice and responsive. The process was the easiest I've ever experienced. They communicated through the process and they even have the technicians send video updates of the service they are performing and any issues they find. You can also pay before you arrive to get your car for a faster checkout process. I'm super impressed with the service and overall value for the service.
