Nice and clean, small space but efficient. Coin machine and soap vending machine in working order, no technical difficulties. Machines clean and functioning! No on site bathroom, hence only four stars.

I feel very safe at this laundromat friendly owners and customers I've met a lot of people I still talk to on the regular with I ve been to all in Concord this by far is my favorite.

It's o.k., the dryers suck...when dryers don't dry very well that's because the lint collectors are full....I use to work at this facility before it was sold to the present owner. It use to be really clean...I know because I was the one cleaning the place every night. All the machines were wiped down and disinfected, floor swept and mopped, front window and door glass cleaned inside and out, garbage can emptied, tables wiped down and disinfected and lint screens cleaned. Every night 365 nights a year. I've never seen anyone in the place and the owner has a remote control that shuts down all machines at closing. I don't think he has anyone cleaning anything in the place....one thing I never understood is why no rest rooms?? All places of buisness should be made to have rest rooms...that's my opinion...one thing that just infuriates me is places that want you to spend your money with them and then they treat you like garbage.Gone are the days where "the customer is always right", right?!

Don't know what their problem is but gave me a ton of attitude over the phone along with many lies through multiple days trying to get my laundry. They ended up deleting my account and then pretending they never knew the account after 3 conversations with them. Gave up and sent info over to BBB along with all the telephone calls as I do record all my phone convos.

Conviniently opens late. Work shifts were crazy so this was really helpful. I got in few minutes before 10 and loaded quickly to make to 10 o'clock wash. the cc gadget thingy kept incorrectly declining my cc. I tried the ATM for cash but it was out of order, so I had to go get cash back across the street. I returned with 20s and the coin machine wouldnt spit out coins, instead, it would give me $5 bills at a time. By the time I started my load, it was well passed 10..had a hectic 3 weeks so this was not a horrible experience, just annoying.

As always clean. All machines are well kept. Rarely are there machines in disrepair. If so, they are repaired quickly. Can be busy at times. Free Wi-Fi. Close to neighborhood markets. Wash and fold is available. Met the owners. Very nice and friendly.

Closest laundry mat to home machines are not very accurate so you have to put several dollars in the dryer to dry

After seeing their laundry delivery service online I went through the whole process of creating an account and set up service for the following Monday. I was setting this up to help my family get through a couple weeks where we would have zero time to do laundry, so I didn't mind that this would ultimately cost me far more than doing it myself. I bought heavy duty laundry bags and marked them with our names (hence making them un-returnable). We skipped out one day this week to do laundry since the pickup was coming, and got up early to make sure our bags were outside and ready to go. I got an email just before 11am saying the driver was en route, but the afternoon wore on with no one showing up. I called and was told that they were indeed open both today and the 4th holiday (when my drop off was scheduled), so I continued to wait. When evening came I called back but kept getting sent to VM. Finally someone texted me that they were closed BOTH days and that no one was coming for my laundry. In fact, I was informed that they no longer service my city. So no one update the site, and no one bothered to tell me either this whole week, or when they saw my city on whatever route triggered the driver en route message. Now I'm out the laundry sack cost, I lost my one day to do laundry, and I have two big bags to get through. Guess who gets to say up late doing laundry tonight. Thanks Concord Laundry!

My time and experience for the first time in a conquered laundromat was an experience the dryers were broken the washing machine number six was busted and there was nobody there in the laundry room to help us we called them back and they were rude and unprofessional and it was a waste of money

It has a fair amount of high efficiency machines and dryers. It's great if you need to do a lot of laundry very quickly. It would be more convenient if they had machine choices that were less expensive. You definitely pay for the XL load capacity and their speed. On the plus side,they operate their dryers in 25 cent intervals for 10 mins. However, don't get caught with your clothes still drying at closing! They cut the power to the machines the second the clock strikes closing time. Even if you have time payed for. Oops?
