I bought the kimbap and some yaksik. It came out to $27. It was good, but that seems a little expensive. No price tags on either item.

Yelp states it's supposed to be open today. Door's still locked, no one inside. Drove from Brentwood to get here. What a waste of time.

First, I am glad there is a Korean market and that is sells the Korean style sushi-kimbap. However, when I asked if they had fishcakes and they went to get it in the back. I heard them stamping the price on it and they gave it to me saying it is their last one. Fine. It did look a bit pricy from how much I usually buy it for, so I thought well, everything is going up so I guess this was just inflation too. However, I noticed it was covering the usual price label it originally had. Out of curiosity, I removed the label and it was 5. something while they charged me 12.99 so double! That dismayed me and on top of that the fish cakes were dried out indicating they were old and ended up inedible! Sigh...maybe that was why it was the last one-refuge from the weekend inventory. And I spent 125.00 worth of groceries-maybe that is why the lady offered free juice to me bc she felt guilty -idk-which I said it is ok, I don't need any juice. I like to support local businesses and they seemed nice, but I do not like shady tactics like that to gouge the customer. So I will go to other Korean markets even though further away when I want a kimbap or fishcake. Now that I think of it there were no prices indicated or receipt, so they could have charged me willy nilly-I had two bags of groceries for 125.00 and usually I get more at Ranch 99, so for all I know I could have been gouged for that too!? AYYY,lesson learned not to be so trusting at these small mom and pop shops-sheesh! And as I read further yelps (which I should have read it before I shopped next time!), others said this about their unique pricing tactic and sometimes doubling of prices already marked! Also the place is a mess and dirty feeling-maybe bc it is small and feels cluttered with everything in disarray in certain areas. I will not be coming back since this was my second time and both times the fish cakes were old and dried out.

Small store with tons of Asian foods from snacks, to meats, to cold noodles. Most of the items don't have a price tag so it's difficult to know if you're getting a good deal until you ring up the items. All of the items with price tags are on the expensive side, so likely the unmarked items are too. The cashier lady (owner?) is friendly.

Very nice neighborhood (small neighborhood) type market. Lots of good products in small place. The people that own the place are very friendly and smile a lot. It is obvious that they appreciate our business. Their mochi was delicious and were most of the prepackaged meals that I bought. The store reminded me of the ones I use to frequent when we lived in Tokyo. Sometimes I wish we had more of these neighborhood businesses. Unfortunately most are being replaced with mega stores which will soon have cold machines like self-checkout and robots instead of warm and friendly neighbors. If you are looking for fast-to-prep meals like Ramen and Udon, etc. This store is packed with a verity of vendor products. Give them a try; you will be charmed with the old country feeling.

Food and service was above and beyond. My family loved the kimbap and Japchae we ordered for catering. The small was a good amount of food. Would use Concord Korean Market again for catering

Don't go this place if you are not Korean or if you are Korean. This owner man (I assume) is master in ripping customers off with skills. 1. He would start a conv with you naturally 2. While you're distracted talking back to him, he'd casually input *any* numbers that he think the items are (only items with no price tape on it) 3. And charge you with overly priced price (ex. small container of kimchi was charged $15 something costs way more less in other stores) FYI, he uses his CALCULATOR to add the amounts and charge you the amount^^ Another lady (I think she's employee) is honest (* I felt like) so it's the OWNER (I assume)

This is the best Korean food market (esp when you don't want to go to Oakland or Sunnyvale). The owners are the sweetest people. There is a very extensive selection of banchan in the refrigerator. There's also some kimbap and warm banchan near the checkout counter. The kimbap is made with fish cake and not with bulgogi.

Great place to get Korean foods and groceries. I highly recommend coming here instead of going to a place like 99 Ranch where the Korean groceries will be subpar.

Came here looking for fresh kimbap. They had some by the front cashier. There was no price or date I assume it was made today. And based on the other stuff I bought it was 13$. I'm not sure if that's how much it always is but that's what I paid. Anyway, it was good, its tofu and vegetables. I got some other items, they had alot of dried noodles, candy, cookies, frozen food and looked like homemade japchae in front as well. Cute little store.

The kind owners are always trying to give me a complimentary drink. It is small but stuffed with almost everything you will need to cook a Korean meal. Decent assortment of snacks as well. Happy we have this in the East Bay!

I've been going here for years to pick up my weekly fix of banchan and ramen. Owners are so sweet to me and my kids and always have a yogurt drink for them ready as we check out. It sure beats driving to Oakland.
