Great experience at Concord Honda, we came in needing a new Pilot after enjoying our former Pilot for 10 years. Tisoc was very knowledgeable in explaining the differences of purchasing a used car vs leasing a new car. We decided to lease and we are more than pleased!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Price is on the high side compared to other dealers and they don't match prices unless it is from another local dealer within 20 miles. I found items cheaper from out of state Honda dealers even with shipping added.

I had a great experience working with Ali. He was incredibly helpful and worked on getting us the best deal possible. This was my first purchase at a dealership and I was really nervous. However, the process was smooth and quicker than I expected. Ali was also very accommodating to my family as I had our two year old with us who was full of energy.

Purchase of the lightly used CR-V wasa very pleasant experience. Questions were answered, a courtesy discount was given when I questioned something about the car. The personnel all the way through the purchase were very good at explaining paperwork and other issues. Glad I was able to have a good experience with such a stressful situation.

I was happy with the salesperson he was great and charming #1The came the loan documentation she was good, but she dropped the ball when it came to giving her the down payment she did not let me count the payment with her and I gave her too much money and she did not give me my money back on the spot. She said I had to wait two weeks I said to her I gave you this money in good faith. I am dissatisfied and will never recommend concord Honda to any one. I’m going to let yelp and the BBB know why is it gonna take two weeks to receive my money.

Had a great experience working with Leo Hawkins in purchasing my CR-V Hybrid. He was prompt and responsive throughout the process. Purchasing and pick up of the vehicle was smooth sailing. OTD price was commiserate with Consumer Reports recommendation. Highly recommend visiting this dealership, would definitely purchase a car from them in the future.

I take back my 5 star review for Concord Honda made over a week ago and change it to 1 star.I just picked up the 2016 TESLA X (which I bought from Concord Honda about a couple of weeks ago) from TESLA in Vallejo after paying over $3200 in repairs for replacing the charging unit in the charging port which prevents the car from supercharging. Both the General Manager and the salesperson of Concord Honda assured me the vehicle is in "perfect condition" when I was buying it and that nothing was wrong with it!. They LIED!!! It was a LEMON after all.I contacted the Honda Sales department and they said there is nothing they can do to help me with the repair expense...DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM CONCORD HONDA BY ANY MEANS !!!

1. I made an appointment for my car to be serviced. The service agent assigned was at lunch when I arrived. No one could do the intake of my car except the agent assigned. 2. While waiting for the parts to arrive I called to check on the status. You can only call a call center who will then send a message to the service center. When the service center called back in the afternoon they stated my car was ready that morning. Poor communication in general.

A few years ago I brought my Honda here because the front axles were making noise. They proceeded to sell me a sway bar, which didn't solve the problem. Should have never trusted their 'expertise', because not long after the axles broke while driving. Wasted $1300 on a sway bar, and my car was ruined. Recently I've taken my (new) car in for a similar axle issue. They had me pay for a part($500) that they didn't have in stock, and that was 3months ago. Haven't heard from them since. They also addressed a warranty for the air conditioner, said they fixed the leak but they only topped off the coolant. It stopped blowing cold air 2 weeks later. Thanks Concord Honda.

Ali was great. We had a not so great experience at a nearby EB Honda, so the courtesy of Ali, the efficacy of the whole team, the cleanliness of the facility was appreciated. No pushiness, no false promises or manipulation, just an easy transaction.
