Waste of time. I live one hour away from this place. I called and asked what condition the vehicle I was interested in was in. They said it was in excellent condition. I got there and was disappointed. This place is the worst! I waited more that 30 minutes to get attended. Furthermore when they showed me the SUV I thought they were joking. Mind you this car looks like it was vandalized! I thought that buying a vehicle from a dealer would be a better option. Not in this case. This vehicle had so many scratches. The pictures they posted online were pristine. But when I showed up it was a Catfish situation. Very disappointed with this place. 2018 Audi Q7.

Discriminatory practices are in full effect smh! Went in to purchase a used vehicle with a $5k deposit. The Deal was sealed and I took the car home. I then received a call days later saying that it was necessary for me to bring the vehicle back, for a VIN verification… which didn’t make any sense. The finance manager insisted that I should bring in the vehicle ASAP or it would be marked as stolen from the DMV… which didn’t make any sense. Away for work, I booked a return flight to tie up loose ends with the vehicle purchase and had a family member drop off the vehicle for what they were requesting. Once he arrived they took the keys, and had him waiting without explanation. I then received a text from the finance manager saying “the deal couldn’t be financed and he has to return my deposit”??? I tried calling the individual (finance manager) and he wouldn’t pick up my calls. No explanation was given, and I was treated as if I were a criminal. I left multiple messages and finally after hours without an explanation, I was able to speak with the General Manager, April, who then explained the company financing the vehicle couldn’t accept the deal. I then questioned her staying “Instead of a transparent explanation, why would Honda of Concord treat the deal as if it were a fraudulent transaction when it wasn’t??”
In all, I’m out $700 for a plane ticket and my time was devalued. And lastly In order for me to receive $5k deposit check back, they held the funds for 7 days after stealing the vehicle stating “the woman who handles the finances wouldn’t be around until the following week” smh! I advise others to not patronize this business and its practices, especially when the finance manager is smoking vape pens in the bathroom in between deals.
Furthermore, I went immediately after to another car lot and was financed without question and treated fairly.

My house is roughly 50 miles from Concord Honda, but the trip is well worth it. This past year, I had my Honda CR-V repaired there twice. Their operations are transparent, which makes them easy to trust. In addition to the routine communication with Tim, the service manager, the technician sends a thorough report prior to any repair being done on the vehicle. The service manager thoroughly addressed all inquiries and went over every task that needed to be done.
Why I went in... When my car was in motion and parked, I noticed several warning lights on the dashboard. These included tire pressure monitor system failure, brake hold system failure, braking system failure, emission system failure, adaptive cruise control failure, and so on. After being alarmed by the warnings, I brought it in and had a diagnostic done. Upon investigating and identifying the issue, the mechanics informed me that I required new fuel injectors. Following approval of the repairs, the parts were ordered promptly. The car was fixed in a relatively short period.
Furthermore, the cost of the repair was reasonable. They don't try to upsell you anything. I asked Tim to replace my oil and to see if any other repairs needed to be done. Being sincere, he advised me to wait a bit longer on the oil change, as it wasn't necessary now.
The service at Concord Honda is honest and dependable and backed by a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Their ability to diagnose and repair my car's complex issues was impressive, leaving me with confidence and reassurance. Absolutely amazing service!

I am very disappointed with the service I received at the Concord location. When I came to pick up my car after it had been serviced, I discovered that my car key was malfunctioning. This issue has never occurred before and only arose after my vehicle was at Honda for a single afternoon.
To make matters worse, I was told that fixing this issue would cost me nearly $300, with only a minimal 20% discount offered. This problem clearly developed while my car was in their possession, and I find it highly unfair that I am being held financially responsible for something that happened on their watch.
I expect better from Honda. It is disappointing that instead of taking responsibility and providing a solution that reflects good customer service, I am being asked to pay for a malfunction that I believe the service team caused.
For the time being, I will not return to this location. If the manager would speak with me about the matter and cover the full cost of the repair, that would show their loyalty to their customers. I left the situation feeling that I was taken advantage of, and it’s truly upsetting.

very bad experience please avoid service your cars from concord my first time service on may 3rd the guy was help me name is wasif he charge for tires rotation but they don’t rotate it I just notice after one month when i was washing my car all tiers at same potions next day when I visit there they said wasif not here only he can help you about that next day again i call them but wasif not on work again on 2nd August i was go again to service my car and i try to talk with jason he give me free tires rotation option but I said no I don’t want it I just leave my car for service and back to home when i came for pick up my car they said we rotate your tires for free without my permission Next day i go to talk with wasif he can’t explain me why they charge without rotation i ask him contact number of service managers he just try to ignore me he say we don’t his card here and he don’t want give me phone number also wasif didn’t help me for this then a lady give me contact number today i was visit again talked to manager tim he refund my 38.88 dollars but the issue is we can’t trust them what they doing in service room they have waiting hall but we can’t see our car from there so please just avoid service from them people who didn’t notice this little thing they gonna get scam from how can believe they change filters what kind oil they put in car they are totally froud be careful how peoples can believe they rotate tires they try to make easy money
