My husband and I frequent this feed store for multiple animal care supplies (horse, alpacas, goats, bunnies, and chickens). Our experience has always been outstanding. The employees are incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating, going above and beyond to help us find exactly what was needed for our animals. Their expertise makes navigating the wide array of products a breeze, and their friendly demeanor always makes us feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend this feed store to anyone in need of quality products and exceptional service!

Concord feed is a five-star heaven for all your pet and especially farm related animals. I love the option of all the different types of seeds they have for birds chicken mostly. I especially like how knowledgeable friendly the staff are very helpful and offering a lot of expert advice. Highly recommend this destination to anyone who has farming animals or even household animals that need to get food treats pets items , very nice clean store to visit .

Concord feet is an absolute gem for all pet owners! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. The store is clean well organized and offers a nice shopping experience. If you're a pet apparently for top notch products and excellent service definitely a place to go.

I've been trying to get crickets from Petco but each time they've been sold out. I came in to this location on a whim to see if they sold crickets and they do! I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes and the staff was very helpful and friendly and I paid less than at Petco! And they've got a good selection of pet supplies so I'll definitely be back!

Staff here are always friendly and helpful. Picking up baby chicks is crazy but the store does everything they can to communicate schedules and make the process run smoothly!

I came here because I needed something for my kitten because he had ring worm. No store had anything so you have to go to an actual pet store where they sell everything. It's in a shopping center where there's plenty of parking. They had real stocks of hay which I loved because I want everything as natural as possible. They had a lot of unique things. The people who work there were very helpful. They recommend a product that I did now know about. Pricing was reasonable. Service was great. As soon as I gave my kitty the first treatment I saw results. If you need anything for your pet start with this store first.

You can buy chick, fish, lizard and chameleon thereat. The shop is easy access.

Went in for dog food saw some on sale 25% off. I asked the price . New price quoted was only 10% off. I explained how the math worked and that they did not quote me the correct price. The clerks excuse was "that's as much as the register will let me reduce it". I explained that this is a violation of state law and that if someone insisted they would be required to sell it for the advertised price. No response. I'm not stupid. I can do math. I can calculate the difference between 10% and 25%. Trying to tell me $6 off is the same as $15 off is crooked and shady. I've had trouble with sketchy math at concord feed before. Thought I'd try them again. Nothing has changed. Watch your wallet if you shop there. No wonder the place was empty.

They have a wide range of products for pets and livestock. I typically go in to buy hay and oxbow toys/enrichment/hide outs for my pet bunnies. I’ve also been in a few times to get crickets when watching a friends bearded dragon. The staff is very friendly.
