Love the big washing machine, but i spent almost 30 dollars to dry my clothes and they still came out moist. I had to come to my home and dry them agian. Didnt want to waste my money on the dryer there no more. Please fix the dryer ASAP.

Way too small of area to fold and do laundry especially on a busy day it's like we're sardines in a can . But it's cool if there are only a few people there somewhat clean washers

Lots of machines of all sizes. Mothers come with their young children. Not very clean on the floor but the machines are clean. There are large baskets on wheels for emptying the machines, tables for folding laundry. We went there twice during our stay in Concord.

Paid $8.50 to wash my clothes only to discover the machine didn't mix my detergent... Then had to rewash my clothes to add detergent directly with load,place is dirty,leaking washers,third world people don't seem to mind ?

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This place is ridiculously dirty! The crazy homeless lady removes all the signs on the machines that aren’t working. So you literally have to guess which ones work or not. Not coming here again. The crazy lady PEE right in the middle of the the laundry room publicly. THERE ARE NO WORKERS THERE. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT

This laundry mat reflects the laziness of the owners/management. Several machines were out of service and it's likely due to lack of maintenance.The washer soap bins were caked with soap scum and scale.Every single dryer lint trap was heavily mattes with lint that obviously has been some time since they were cleaned out. Even inside the dryer where the tray is there is a heavy amount of lint buildup. 6 dryers were out of service due to no heat, a simple daily lint trap cleaning and occasionally vaccuming out the lint trap door area would allow the service life of these dryers to be extended by a long amount of time. It's ridiculous how lazy some owners can be thinking they can buy a laundry mat and just sit back and collect money. WORK FOR IT

I come here simply out of convenience but WOW I'm done. Washers leak water constantly causing a big flooding. Most machines do not work and eat up your money. You waste more time jumping your clothes from machine to machine than actually washing. There's no way to contact owners for a refund they only have emergency numbers posted because homes less come in to use bathroom, steal clothing, or use water faucet. I'm sure owners do this on purpose knowing their place is poorly managed. This place is always filthy and disgusting. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

I'm sitting here right now beginning to wrote this at way before 2 pm, this place is supposed to have "free" drying from 6am-2pm if you wash, and the washing machines have changed from "free" to .25 cents for 10 minutes at a time and everyone inside is being manipulated into paying for drying when its supposed to be free.P.S. when it says "free" it means 8 minutes at a time, you have to sit here and continue pushing the start button over and over until your clothes are dry.Overall, I will not come back.This is my 2nd time here for the "free" drying day and last time folks were fighting for a "free" machine because not all were free, this time none were after 1230 noon
