Very satisfied with my recent experience at Concord Chevrolet. I’ve been looking for a very specific vehicle for quite some time and AJ (sales person) notified that they had one enroute. Upon arrival, Lisa (Finance person) put together the docs, got me a great rate, and even brought the vehicle to the scales for me. AJ then delivered the vehicle rather than having to drive an hour.As a small business owner my time is vaulable and the team at Concord Chevrolet certainly put in a quality team effort allowing me to maximize my time. Thanks.

the repair cost was ridiculously expensive. They allegedly inspected the vehicle. The check engine light was on, and it still is. Did they check it? Why didn't they? I asked them to change the oil. They did not put a sticker in the windshield indicating that they changed the oil. Did they really change the oil? Would it have been too much to expect a reminder sticker in the windshield? This is standard with jiffy-lube, but I guess that is too much to ask of Concord Chevrolet. I will never return to that dealership again. I feel ripped off.

Today I went inside the dealership to inquire about the process of ordering a custom corvette from online. The salesperson that approached me was named Jag (bald head, Indian or middle eastern, slim build). Nevertheless, as I was asking questions he hands me his card. I ask a few more questions and he rudely says, "well, if you're not going to buy a car you can give me my card back!" I was so taken aback. I've never been talked to as a customer in such a manner. Especially since I'm looking to pay cash for a brand new corvette! I've worked hard to generate my level of wealth and I refuse to be talked to in this way. I will also be filing other complaints through corporate. Totally unacceptable, Concord Chevrolet, totally.

Please just be advised there's more than one Chevy dealership you could go to. They'll smile, be friendly, and take your money for your vehicle but when it has 4000 miles and has problems, the service department won't care. I called and after being transferred to six different voicemails, somebody finally made an appointment. I showed up to the appointment being told I would be able to get a rental as they would need my vehicle for several days and lo and behold after being patronized by the service associate helping me I'm told I'm not getting a rental. I was told if I wanted to wait two hours they would take me to Enterprise to get one, but I'd pay for it. They also told me they wouldn't give me a ride home which was only 20 minutes away. Make sure you spend your hard earned money at a dealership that will care about you for the duration of you owning the vehicle.

I'm a first time car buyer and my salesperson Jag and the finance manger Lisa were fabulous! Super helpful and knowledgeable. The car I was interested in had a small dent from its travels to the dealership, we let them know and it was fixed within the day- no problem! So happy with it! They slay!

My car had a flat tire and someone broke my side mirror. I went to Concord Chevy and Anthony and Gil really helped me out. They found the parts I needed and got me in and out in no time. They were really professional, efficient and helpful. I recommend them and I'm very thankful for them.

Went in last month with my son to buy his first car. We were helped by sales rep Eddie. His professionalism, knowledge, and transparency exceeded my expectations. The experience we had was thankfully so much better than my own when I was my kids age. Very much appreciated!

Easy for a service. Schedule an appointment. A few options on how to wait. The car was ready when they said. Only concern I had was I was not spoken to about my rear brakes getting lower. They are not at replacement level, but just as awareness. I had to see the indicator on the inspection sheet. It was clear to read. They said there were notes. I didn't see notes.

my Service Rep Anthony D. made this a pleasant experience. I came in for an early oil change, He took the time and reviewed my car needs and making sure everything was up to date and in great working condition, Gave me the time line to continue to care properly for my Traverse.
