Great purchase experience here through the Costco Auto Program. Our sales advisor, Charles Cambruzzi, was totally focused on getting us the right car and making sure we were completely happy. Award winning customer service! I would definitely purchase through Concord Chevrolet and Charles again.

Update: Well, the 2nd opinion I rec'd was not correct. My car had issues a week or so back and it was all related to the repair they told me about below. The service advisor I had this time (Shyan) was amazing, took the time to explain everything, showed me the parts, took pictures and more. The reason it isn't 5 stars is because the previous service advisor never returned my call and neither did the GM when I called as asked to in the comment he left on my initial review.
I was told I needed a $725 dollar repair that, if not done, would damage my car. Upon getting a 2nd opinion on the situation I was informed that I don't even have that part on my car and the 2nd mechanic could not find any evidence of my car deteriorating in that area. When I called the service tech to get clarification in case there was another name for the part I never received a call back. This leads me to believe the estimate and repair were bogus.

I bought a car at this dealership last Saturday, and there was no issue. Andrew is a very nice agent, and I am glad he helped us.
However, their SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS TERRIBLE!!!!!
I ordered for the cargo privacy cover and dash camera. I called to order for the said products and told me to order in person. So, I came there last Monday and the guy told me to just order it online.
Then, eventually he helped me because I told him the lady on the phone told me to go in person and I am already there!
They called me after 2 days that the products arrived and I scheduled for the installation this Saturday. In the website, I was told $250 for the installation of dash cam and the guy that helped me to pay everything when the products arrived.
When I came there, the tech is telling me it is $750 for the installation fee and the rate on the website is inaccurate. Very ridiculous pricing and over charging.
I am very disappointed and i’ll just look for another chevrolet dealership that honors their website rate!

Service advisor Anthony is a crook . Beware . Took my car in , paid $250 diagnoses. They called, I ok’d a $500 repair which then did not solve my issue. They called me and told me it’s the motor mounts for an additional $1250 , which I agreed to . I picked my car up and noticed I had the same issue present that I originally came in for . I brought it back just for them to claim they cannot verify the noise. I came back to show them the noise personally. Then I was told I’d have to pay an additional $250 diagnosis for the exact same issue that was not fixed . I don’t see why I have to pay for additional diagnosis for the same issue that was not fixed after $2k in repairs, honestly think it has additional noise that was not present prior to the repair. Anthony refused to help me out stating “he refused to eat the cost of paying the tech to further look for the problem” so the consumer should be responsible for “eating the cost” ridiculous. I’ve brought my car here many times and was a repeat customer . Great way to lose a customer over $250 . Save your time and money and go to an honest shop . Worst experience at a dealership I’ve had by far . To be clear I was not asking for a free repair or a discount , I was willing to pay for additional repairs but refuse to get taken advantage of over additional diagnosis fee . Also left manager a message and didn’t get a response .

I’m in town from out of state and came to the service department with an engine light on for a misfire on cylinder 2. I told them I had changed the ignition coil, spark plug, and wire for that cylinder and it did not resolve the issue, so it was going to be either an injector lifter issue. They said they would take a look and get back to me.
The called the next day and said the problem was not the injector, but they would have to take the engine apart to see if the problem was a lifter, which would be $2500 in labor. I told them I would rather just pick up the truck and fix the problem myself when I return home.
After picking up the truck and leaving the service department, I headed back to the place I’m staying – about 30 minutes away from the dealership. The truck started shaking violently, the cruise control wouldn’t work, and my stabilitrak light was on. I went to Autozone and had the truck scanned.
Before going to dealership visit, I had one code – Engine misfire cylinder 2.
After the dealership “looked at it” there were 4 codes – Ignition coil 1 control circuit; ignition coil 2 control circuit; ABS code U0401-71; Engine misfire cylinder 2.
I called the dealership and spoke with Anthony at the service desk and told him my new issues and explicitly told him it would be an hour round-trip to return to the dealership. I expressed my concerns about the transmission shifting so hard it shook the entire truck. He assured me if I returned to the dealership, they would get it resolved.
Once there, he stonewalled me while I sat there for an hour. They “looked at it” again and wrote a quote for the job they wanted to do - $11,000. The told me I was on my own if I didn’t want to do that.
I got back in the truck and as I was leaving, I noticed the engine lights were “mysteriously” all off now after the “looked at it” again.
I would rather drive my truck off a cliff than ever set foot in this dealership again. They were absolutely unprofessional and more than likely unplugged something during the first visit and forgot to plug it back in. Instead of admitting they had done anything, they gave me a quote for $11,000 and when I didn’t accept that, they fixed whatever they had done wrong.
In my opinion, this is hands-down the most dishonorable and dishonest service department I have ever been to. I hope this review will help keep anyone away from this unprofessional company and its employees.

They scam for ‘hours of service’ when a concern to look at clearly is a 5 minute at most observation but I get charged an hour for $250.
Service workers flat out lie and scam as much as they can. I will be going to another dealer from now on if needed.

Me and my mom both bought vehicles here recently and were really happy with the service. Jag the salesman and the guy in finance were both super nice and helpful and did everything they could to get us the best deal possible. Would buy another vehicle here without a second thought.

Had a great experience at Chevrolet Concord, thanks to Raman and Carlos! From the moment we walked in, Raman made everything so smooth and pressure-free. We were in the market for a Blazer EV, and he was super knowledgeable about all the features, options, and details.
Raman took the time to answer all our questions without any rush, which made us feel really comfortable. He genuinely cared about helping us find the right car, rather than just making a sale. It was refreshing to deal with someone so patient and friendly.
Carlos, the sales manager, was also fantastic. He made sure everything was running smoothly and even checked in with us to ensure we were satisfied with the service. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the process.
The whole experience, from test driving to finalizing the paperwork, was seamless. Thank you!

The service associate that helped me, Shayanne, was hands-down, one of the best people I’ve ever encountered when it came to keeping me notified about the situation with my car. Her communication was unparallel. That being said, I am still waiting on a bolt that needs to be put in my car.

Was told that their service department is backed up and can’t take a walk in for an oil change…..an oil change. Ridiculous. They have one of the worst service departments of any car dealership.
