I came to Chevy to take a look at Tahoes as I need to upgrade to 3 rows. The sales person who helped me was atrocious. Truly, I have never met a sales person who has done less selling In my life... it was as if I was bothering him. Funny thing is if he was even just a little bit helpful, I could have walked off the lot with one of the 2 Tahoes I liked. A couple of examples... I asked what the LT Tahoe was and he told me to go to chevy.com to to my research. lol. Then when asking about the RT vs z71 he again told me I should go do my own research by going to Chevy.com AGAIN. Excuse me... is it not your job to tell me? Truly laughable. When I asked about pricing for removing the entertainment package from the RT, he told me "we don't have what you want." My response was.... "I'm confused... aren't you a sales person, can you not find me what I want?" He goes... "we don't work on commission, you can build what you want on the website." If I was the owner or manager of this dealership, I would be truly disappointed and invest in some serious sales training for my employees. I'm off to check out Denalis. Hopefully they'll be more helpful!

I had an eleven o'clock service appointment to get an oil change and a tire rotation, it took 5 hours to get that none. Not sure if they actual rebuilt the engine in that amount of time or just the oil change?I'm so glad I had an appointment!

I bought a ***** ****** for ***** I didn't know that now I found out I paid ***************************************** down payment anyone have an idea of how I can get this parties money back because there going to have to buy back my car for a new trade in but I want to get a** much money that I should be owe to pay for this other car

Nearly got scammed here. I brought my Bolt in for a recall, Gilbert was the service guy. Later they sent me photos of rodent damage. Told me to open an insurance claim. I come back to get my car. I asked about some chewed wiring from one of the photos. Is that safe to drive with? "Oh, whoops, that photo got mixed in, it was from another car". I took a closer look and at least 3 of the more alarming photos do not match my car. THEY SENT ME FAKE PHOTOS SO I WOULD AGREE TO A $6000 REPAIR FOR RODENT DAMAGE.

Very satisfied with my recent experience at Concord Chevrolet. I've been looking for a very specific vehicle for quite some time and AJ (sales person) notified me that they had one en route. Upon arrival, Lisa (Finance person) put together the docs, got me a great rate, and even brought the vehicle to the scales for me. AJ then delivered the vehicle rather than me having to drive an hour.As a small business owner, my time is vaulable and the team at Concord Chevrolet certainly put in a quality team effort allowing me to maximize my time. Thanks.

Today I went inside the dealership to inquire about the process of ordering a custom corvette from online. The salesperson that approached me was named Jag (bald head, Indian or middle eastern, slim build). Nevertheless, as I was asking questions he hands me his card. I ask a few more questions and he rudely says, "well, if you're not going to buy a car you can give me my card back!" I was so taken aback. I've never been talked to as a customer in such a manner. Especially since I'm looking to pay cash for a brand new corvette! I've worked hard to generate my level of wealth and I refuse to be talked to in this way. I will also be filing other complaints through corporate. Totally unacceptable, Concord Chevrolet, totally.

Called to make an appointment for an oil change around 12:45 today. They said they had a 1:45 and 2:15 available. They asked if I would be leaving the vehicle or staying with it. I said I would be waiting there for them to finish. I asked how long it would take once it was pulled in. The person on the phone said about an hour. I pulled in to the service department, asked for Anthony as requested by the receptionist, and was asked by Anthony if I could leave it until 6pm. Not a chance! Get your stuff together Concord Chevy! Your people are not on the same page.Update... it's been 2 weeks since the original review and I still have not heard from anyone other than the appointments department calling to let me know I missed a scheduled appointment... no kidding... the one I drove away from when Anthony asked if I could leave the car til 6...no call from the service manager... no remedy... again... get your stuff together!

Update 05/2023:Bought another Bolt EV from them, since the experience went so well last time. Salesperson Jag, Lisa in finance, and the Concord Chevrolet team are all amazing to work with. Honest and upfront about the process and all went smoothly. Appreciate the hard work and communication and hope to purchase another EV from them in the future.
