This place is a mixed bag for sure.
They are super friendly here. But they really just rushed me through and didn’t really listen.
I asked to check the source of an oil leak, as well as to unplug my AC drain line.
They utilize an online order tracker with consistently updated progress on your vehicle. That was cool. You could approve or deny services remotely. Easily the best and most convenient part of the experience.
The issue was, while they found the source of the oil leak, they also inspected many other things I didn’t ask them to, then suggested those repairs as well.
In addition, they forgot to check the AC drain line. When I called to remind them, they followed up later with, “Uhhh, we couldn’t find the drain line. We’re not sure where it is. Might wanna take it somewhere else”. ?
All in all, an underwhelming experience. I paid my inspection fee and left. The prices they suggested were ok. Maybe slightly high, but not outrageous. Just be leery of them taking on extra work you didn’t even ask for.

These are a great bunch!
There working through a difficult diagnosis on a twenty year old vehicle. Parts are discontinued or the aftermarket stuff is subpar. It’ll get fixed.

I would highly recommend concord auto service for their superior customer service. Another garage had recommended shock absorber replacement but I was a little suspicious. So I took it to this garage and they confirmed it was not necessary. It saved me a bunch of money. I truly appreciate their honesty. This was my first time there so I will be a permanent customer. thank you.

My car started rattling underneath and I called this company because it was close and had good reviews. They squeezed me in on their busy day, fixed what Jiffy Lube messed up on my oil change a few days ago within 30 min, and didn’t charge me a cent. They will have my business from here on out!

I have been taking my cars to Concord Auto Service for several years and the service is very good and rates are competitive. I have had brakes replaced, tune ups, and timing belt changed. Ken is a good honest mechanic.
