My car was badly damaged and my friend recommended me see Hash to have my car fixed. I brought my car in at end of December 2023, and I was so nervous because this was my first time getting in a car accident and I was unsure how the whole process would go. However, Hash was very polite and honest. I appreciate how he wasn't pushy on things, he gave me recommendations to help guide me. He looked into places where I can rent a car if needed, and stated that he can help me with reaching out to my car insurance. It took about two weeks to get my car fixed and it was worth the wait. I came back to the auto shop and my car looked brand new. Hash and his team did an excellent job on everything!

I bought my car to them for the repairs on my rear door which had been damaged they did the repair but my husband noticed that the pillar was not l lined up correctly and the interior was really dirty the car was really dirty and filthy with some type of White power all over my seats and everywhere had to bring my car back to see if the reline the pillar up correctly and he told me that's the way the clips line up well first of all it was not like that when I bought the in to them and it looks really bad and I am not happy about it at all as much as this repair cost on my band new Audi E tron for sure would not recommend them take it somewhere else that does qualify work and just out to a quick buck .

Look no further this is the body shop you want to use! Hash is extremely talented with so much integrity. My brand new Honda (1 month old) was t-boned by an uninsured driver. Hash not only communicated with me throughout the entire process but went above and beyond to use Honda parts even though my insurance company wanted to cut corners and not use Honda parts. Hash does not cut corners! It is evident in his workmanship. I didn't think it was possible to make my car look and feel like it was still brand new after the accident but it does and all thanks to Hash and his team!!! By far the best shop around!

He did not even touch the car or inspect the damage well and said it will be 5000 dollars. He didn't get under the carriage to look at the damage from the accident and he didn't give me a full quote either. Won't go there again.

Maybe they do a good job, I'll never know. My conversation with them ended in under 90 seconds.I just really wish shops liked this would hire someone to answer their phones because, odds are, if you're a really good craftsman, of any kind, you probably have NOT properly honed your people skills. After visiting few repair places for my Mercedes' Metris glass and other dents, I selected this place because of the integrity of its owner Hash. Most direct, to the point, very well informed about technicality of both bodywork and mechanical systems, I am speaking as a Mechanical Engineer. I gave him the car Thursday, and picked it up Monday. Very highly recommended.

My side-view mirror was knocked into and a piece of the plastic holding it together was broken. All the wires still moved the mirror itself, but it was hanging off the side. I called Mike's Auto first, they kept saying they would only do it "the right way" when all I asked was do they repair things like that. They started talking about warranties and parts, my car is nearly 20 years old with 200K miles on it. I just wanted my mirror put back in place securely. I called Concord Auto Body and spoke to Hash and he was GREAT! He said we can do something, bring it by. I showed up 30 minutes later and another 20 minutes after that it was fixed! He charged me less than the labor time for most places and he was also really nice. He did not try to upsell me any other services, he asked what I wanted (he could replace things so that the mirror can still fold in, but I didn't care about that, just wanted it stuck back on safely, which he did). He told me the benefits of the different things, but he also respected my choice and did not patronize me. I would go here again if I needed another service.Service: Body & Trim

called them to inquire about a full paint job and how much it would cost (was just looking for a ballpark). Instead, they asked my how much I wanted to spend (I have no clue, so I just said "$1000 ish". They told me to go to Maaco but I asked again, "how much do you guys charge?". They told me they don't do full body spray because they are too busy. I am pretty sure they rejected my business because they didn't like my number, but how am I to know how much a paint job costs? I don't mind paying for quality, and based on all the positive reviews, I gave them a call. Just didn't like their dismissive attitude. I don't know everything about your trade, and that is why I come to you.

I have been going to Concord Auto body for repair of all kinda, specially when we have accidents whither insurance company pays or we pay out of pockets Hash the Owner will go above and behind to make sure the repairs are done right and he has upgraded the parts from After market to Factory to make sure it fits better and last longer ! since 2001, I never been more satisfied with anyone else, we have recommended concord auto body to our find and family over the years.Services: Body & Trim

I first visited Concord Auto Body five years ago. Unfortunately, I've had to return more times than I'd like to admit but Hash is always great and does great work. He's fair and honest, and delivers what he promises. All that you can ask from a body shop.

I had a great experience with Concord Auto Body. Hash took some extra time and effort to find a rear door from a SUV to match my bashed in door so the door, glass, hinges, insignia etc that were damaged on mine were replaced with original parts without buying a whole laundry list of new things that would then have to be installed one at a time. The cost was less than the other quotes I got and once the parts arrived, he only needed a couple of days to paint and install. Everything fits and looks great. I recommend this business.

You will not find a better auto body shop. A bus destroyed my rear bumper and the right side of my car. I'm talking serious damage to the frame, not just external damage. See the attached picture. The owner, Hash, quickly got me a very affordable itemized estimate (I had visited several local shops and this was the most reasonable estimate by far) and the parts came in 2-3 days. I asked Hash if he could get the work done within a week, and he somehow got it done, at not a cent more than he promised. The car now looks as good as new. Hash is also a really fun and interesting person to talk with. I don't care how far out of the way this place is. If you're in the Bay Area and you need work done, this is the spot.
