I've been dealing with a roach problem in my apartment for several months now, and unfortunately, management has been no help. Despite multiple complaints and requests for pest control, the issue remains unresolved.
The roaches are not only unsightly but also a serious health concern. They seem to be coming from the previous trash room, and it's clear that the infestation is widespread across the building. Management’s response has been dismissive, offering temporary fixes rather than addressing the root cause. I've had to take matters into my own hands by buying traps and sprays, but it’s not enough to tackle such a large-scale problem.
It's frustrating that management is unresponsive to such a major issue. A decent living environment should be a priority, but here it seems like it's not even a concern.

Rowena was very welcoming and efficient in showing us several units; so far, it's a nice location, good maintenance crew and I like my apartment over playground, pool area and gym. Parking space is located for easy access and departure.

I thought the apt was very nice. What I didn’t like was having to use the stairs to move your belongings. If you don’t mind moving a couple of boxes at a time, you could use the elevator. But a bed wouldn’t fit in the elevator.

Paying for luxury apartment with amenities but getting trash. Gym missing equipment and always dirty. Pool is gross. Laundry machines half broken. There's no patrolling security.
ROACH INFESTED! Doesn't matter how clean you are, if your neighbors are dirty they will come. I have seen them.come in through outlets. Roaches in the laundry room. Roaches in the hallways because that's where everyone leaves their trash for pick up. They have "pest control" who comes maybe once a month. They only spray behind fridge and stove. This doesn't seem to help. After YEARS I still have bugs coming in through the outlets.
Dog feces all over the property. Left in the "dog park", in the parking lots, in the courtyard. Dog urine and feces in the hallway.
Eddie in maintence is helpful anytime we have had any issues, but that's the only person on staff worth a damn. I hardly ever see the woman clean the hallways. If she does, it's lazily half done. The trash cans near the mail boxes are always full.
Parcel lockers are always full, packages left on floor in lobby, always ran through and stolen. No cameras that work!
Cars broken into in lots, glass everywhere. The security gate is always broken.
The only good thing about this apartment complex is the location.

It is fixed but the front panel of the drawer is damaged and it looks so unprofessional job.The drawer was not damaged before I gave the work order.Thnx

The location of the apartment complex is great however parking sucks they don’t have parking for visitors and if they do other tenants park their second vehicles there . You see a lot of the residents outside drinking by the entry doors. They only have 8 washer and 8 dryers for like 20 apartments and out of the 8 only 4 washers actually work .. Along with you have to walk around to pick up packages..
Another thing about this place they have a company that comes by to pick up the trash inside because of it there are cockroaches and ants. along with always having issues with the water pipes .. this has been the 3rd time they had to fix it and because of it you see the generators outside but you can smell the gas and crazy about this is that they work from 8am - 9 pm which leads to noise at night
The only good thing about this place is the leasing agent !

I recently scheduled a tour of the property. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Rowena in the leasing office. She was very professional and polite. She showed me a couple of units. I was pleased with the view and the floor plan. She answered all my questions and gave me the necessary information I need to apply. Overall, I was most impressed with the amenities of the property, compared to others in the area. Thanks! - future resident

Units are good but the only thing is that in a nice apartment like that there no WD in the unit and without the WD its not worthy for this price

Everything is very good, just a little noise from the mails ringing every morning from my bedroom on Thursdays when I m off from job I want to get up late but it is when they are cleaning the leaves or trimming the grass, I would love for them to do it a little later. There is a strong smell in the first hallway when I enter on the way to the office, it seems to me that it comes from the first departments, the smell is really strong since every time I go out to get my mail I smell it.
I have 5 years in this Community since the first year I applyed for a second parking without answer.
