My girlfriend brought her car in for a diagnostic and mark was extremely helpful in his advice for what to do about the problem. He's an honest guy and has fair prices. Doesn't push unnecessary repairs I will definitely be taking my business to him in the future.

Mark is the best. No questions about it. If you need car work done he's your guy. Even if you are on a budget or aren't sure what you need. My favorite thing to say to him is if your mom was driving this car what would you do...and do that. With a budget I've gone into him before and been like I am going on a road trip and need a service. I have an $800 budget Can you just make sure everything is good and safe and topped off. I think he came back and charged me like $400.You want a mechanic who's honest and Mark is as honest as they come.Services: Transmission

Mark and the crew were great. Had an issue with my Jeep transfer case, that I thought would require full replacement. Mark diagnosed for free and discovered a bad module. Save me $3k. Highly recommended.Services: Transmission

My car broke down while I was out of town on business. Complete auto works diagnosed and fixed my car the same day. They told me exactly what was wrong with it as well as other things that would need to be addressed at a later date. They gave me a fair price, fixed my car, and I was on my way back home.

My dad started bringing his car to Complete Auto Works many years ago. Mark has serviced and repaired many cars for us--Land Cruisers, Mercedes, Lexus, even Oldsmobiles. (Yes, it was my father's Oldsmobile.) Mark has given us great advice and he has earned the trust of our family. I have recommended Mark to my closest friends.

So once again Mark saves the day! I have been going to Mark for over 15 years and have always had a great experience. Now don't get me wrong., no-one wants to have their car in for repairs, but Mark is thorough and conscious of budget. My kids car was having an intermittent problem which was diagnosed as as a bad fuel injector and fixed at a very reasonable rate, particularly given the fact it was intermittent and tough to diagnose. Thanks Mark!

My family mechanic recently retired and I needed an inspection and some work done on my car. I've always heard great things about Complete Auto Works so I gave them a call. They did a great job and had my car back to me the same day with no appointment. Highly recommend!

One of the best automotive shops around. NO BS, gives you exactly what needs to be done and what doesn’t. Reasonable prices.Very knowledgeable and professional. Mark Young Worked on my 2005 Grand Cherokee Jeep which was running very rough with engine light on, it now runs like new. It was less expensive than o thought it would be and feel he is honest and a good mechanic

I had a pre purchase inspection done by Mark and he was honest, efficient and accommodating considering it was last minute. I would definitely recommend him as a mechanic or to do any diagnostic/inspections, and once I find my car, he will definitely be my new mechanic. Thanks for honest yet hard work!

I have been going to Complete Auto Works for over 10 years. My 2012 Lexus got serviced at Complete Auto Works 90% of the time except for an occasional oil change. Regular maintenance was done by this shop exclusively. Mark is a phenomenal mechanic and probably one of the most honest mechanics you will ever come across. There were several times he told me I didn't need certain things I thought I needed because Lexus told me. I have 100% confidence that if you take your vehicle to Mark, you will not have to worry about dishonesty. You and your car are in good hands. I am a very selective customer and I stick to the best. Thank you, Mark, for servicing my car all of these years.

Taken a couple of my cars to Mark. Trust worthy guy that knows all around work! I do fear leaving my cars over nights because break ins occur and there is no security. Other than that I have no complaints and will always come back. I moved 20 minutes away and still take the drive to have Mark work on what I need done! He's got my business for life!
